My phone calls were answered and if I needed to leave a message, the call was promptly returned. The pre-approval process was explained, and the approximate timeframe it would take for full approval. All questions I asked were answered, the person I was dealing with was always very polite and respectful.

Thanks to Land Lease Home Loans, I have moved into my new home which is close to family.
Originally, I didn't quite have enough savings to buy my home and has not been able to secure a relatively small loan to buy my home outright.
