Ignored By Customer Service
The apartment was decent if not overpriced. This low review comes because they are trying to charge me $225 for a damaged dresser that was already damaged upon move-in. I have time-stamped pictures of the pre-existing damage. These pictures were sent to management upon move-in. And now, after the room passed move-out inspection, they are trying to get me to pay $225 for a few scratches. I have contacted them six times so far, by email and phone. I even contacted the mother company, Landmark Properties. Landmark replied that they would look into the issue but have done nothing and I continue to be ignored. The charges remain on my account with threats that they will turn me over to a collection agency and damage my credit if I do not pay. I value my credit rating, so I may pay the false charges, but I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and take other actions if needed.
