Whilst the service received with issues was good. One of our tills stopped working and our contract was for 2, even though they knew we were now down to 1 till they still auto renewed the contract for 12 months for the 2 tills. I called and spoke to Richard, after a number of calls he said they could amend the contract to 1 till and backdate it so credit the extra we had paid - although i have now chased many times to get this done but keep getting ignored and they continue to take the money for the 2 tills this has now dragged on for 6 months - totally dissatisfied.
the matter is currently being looked into by Michael Dobson - will see if we are able to sort the issue out
the issue has now been sorted out and i am happy with our service agreement and the assistance i get where we are if the situation had been resolved quickly i would have given 4 or 5 stars
