Very polite

Very polite, friendly, helpful and informative. Made what can be a very upsetting and scary situation less so and made sure I understood what needed to be done and how at every point.

Set up a payment plan and still…

Set up a payment plan and still continued to send me letters telling me I owed money and that I could set up a payment plan - on top on inundating me with email after email only hours after receiving first contact.
Very stressful!

A step by step process.

I was guided through the process and steps were at my pace.I was given a start date to repay and a good plan .I feel confident in the process and the explanations were clear
