Ordered a phone, one week later nothing rang was assured all's fine. Week later emailed a guy called Jay said he would look into it nothing. Then they began to ignore me. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got a refund. Bunch of chanciers. Avoid avoid avoid.

I purchased a phone via DoneDeal, liaising with Jay Silat. Service was excellent and delivery was prompt. I bought a premium phone costing around €600 and it was exactly as described. Would highly recommend these guys and would buy from them again.

I bought a laptop on February, paid more than 300 euros but I never received it. When I contacted the seller they said they'd get back to me but never did, no matter how many messages I sent. Because I used Paypal to pay I managed to submit a claim and get my money back. Don't let yourself get scammed in this website.

If I could I would give no stars as these guys are the biggest time wasters I've ever dealt with.
I found them on advert.ie and agreed to buy a phone. As I was in work and couldn't meet in Lúcán as they wanted, they said they could deliver it, I even agreed to pay €20 delivery. We messaged back and forth about the phone and the delivery, he then said the phone he has isn't fully sealed but that he had fully sealed ones in his shop and he could deliver one of them the following day so I agree and we arranged a set time and location.
I turned up 10 minutes early and waited 30 minutes then left. I messaged the guy to say what had happened and that I had to go as I had to get to work. He messaged back to say "the driver" was on his way and could he meet me at my job so I said OK, "the driver" then rang me and asked for the address which I sent 3 times and with an eircode, he said he would be with me within the next hour but 2 hours later and still nothing so at this stage I had enough and messaged "the driver" to say I was going to the shopping centre to buy one.
While at the shopping centre the guy from advert.ie messaged me asking for the address saying the "the driver" never got it which was a lie as I sent it 3 times. He then started to turn on me saying I was a fake and he was reporting me to adverts.ie to get me removed, I'm as genuine as they come. This morning I woke up to a text from "the driver" saying he thought we were meeting today at 7,i don't know where he got that idea from?
It a deal seems too good to be true it most probably is and you're better off going to a proper shop, at least this way you will have some piece of mind if something is wrong with the product.
Better off staying away from gangsters like these who just waste your time.

Ich habe ein Ersatzteil online bestellt und nach Tagen die Lieferung urgiert. Die Ware ging dann umgehend raus, kam auch ordentlich verpackt an. Aber es war irgendwas, was sicher nicht für mich gedacht war. Ich habe dies mit Foto sofort reklamiert und danach etliche Male um Abklärung gebeten. SÄMTLICHE Reklamationsmails an diverse CC Adressen wurden ignoriert, obwohl diese sicherlich auch angekommen sind. Ein Bekannter aus UK hat auch dort angerufen. Es wurde der Erhalt der Mails bestätigt. Reaktionen danach ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Ich trau mich nicht einmal das Zeug zurückzsenden, was nochmals Kosten verursachen würde. Erfolg ungewiss. Seltsames Gebaren. Ist aus meiner Sicht keine Empfehlung wert - eher das Gegenteil.

I ordered a Samsung A52s and Paid for it 30.11.21 late afternoon and it arrived the following day 1.12.21! Fantastic service. As this is a gift I cannot comment of the actual item but will update after Christmas. Thank you for a smooth transaction and immediate delivery. I will definitely recommend and buy from you again.

Very happy. Saw products online but went in to purchase. Was going to just buy a desktop tower and came out with a whole new rig. Desktop, x2 monitors and the full set up. Everything was priced very competively so I feel it was money well spent.
