Laptronics Avis 

This is the second time I have used Laptronics. I returned because the service was 1st class on the initial visit. The second visit was as good as the first. Good communications, individual attention, even when they went on holiday checking the progress on my job. That really is above & beyond. Thank you Laptronics.

I was very impressed with the communication and customer service skills that all Laptronics staff that i dealt with displayed from start to finish. From the outset I felt at ease dealing with them and this in turn developed my trust in Laptronics. The whole process of getting my laptop repaired was very easy and I received it back as if it were a new device. Also the way the laptop is safely and promptly collected and then the high standard of packaging it's returned in is excellent. Honestly nmI highly recommend dealing with this company.

I need to rectify my previous review and state that I didn’t inform Laptronics about the minor moisture evidence, just that the keyboard had been soaked.
The motherboard is now posting however despite the help of Laptronics.

My ACER laptop needed help and when I discovered Laptronics could repair it I was so relieved. It was securely collected by a courier and when the engineer had examined it to find the problem, I was advised with the costs. It was complicated to repair it, but I was kept in touch with the progress. The Operations Director was very good and understanding of the urgency to get my laptop working and returned to me. So pleased to have it back and working a treat. Well done to all concerned.

I had a problem with my Acer laptop that was out of warranty. I was referred to Laptronics UK. It was a smooth process and an affordable quotation. I agreed to go ahead for Laptronics UK to fix the problem. The companies Team were all very helpful and prompt to reply to my questions. I received my laptop back clean and in working condition. I cannot fault this company and recommend them to anyone who has Acer laptop problems. Very pleased with the customer service and the result.
