Horrible site/experience YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM
So I tried to purchase an advent calendar as a gift. I did order it a bit late, so I expected it to take a bit to arrive, that is on me. I expected mid-December and that would be fine. 12th comes and goes, and the tracking shows that it hasn't moved since the end of Nov. Just stuck there. I tried to look through the email I received for customer service so I could contact them? The email is bogus. Ends as "suchandsuch@email" Which is clearly not even an email address. No phone number. Nothing. Finally after digging I give up and contact my bank and ask them to look into it. If they can't get something done I just want the money back, because I would need to to then buy that person a gift with. They apparently can't get in touch with the company either, give the money back, close my debit card right before Christmas, cause me a huge hassle, and then I get a knock on my door and the item is delivered on the 24th of December.
Okay. What the heck am I supposed to do with this now? And the return address just says "Jane" and is in NJ. I go through Christmas with my family because I can't deal with it just then, and then today I look at my account and I am not over drafted because they have reversed the credit. It took a full month to arrive, has over drafted me, I had to get a new debit card, and you CANNOT CONTACT THEM IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES.
The items were also supposed to be different from each other, a random assortment, but they are identical. I suppose since I am now paying for them, including over draft charges, I will give them anyway, but I recommend staying away from this website.
