Clear, comforting and confidence-inspiring - a perfect package!
I was greeted incredibly politely, professionally and (most importantly) personably - even immediately offered a drink!
Every member of staff with whom I interacted with were simply lovely, I was made to feel welcomed and quickly felt comfortable and any lingering anxieties were quickly alleviated by the thorough, reassuring guidance and explanations.
My first session was exciting, straight-forward and honestly fairly therapeutic. I am really looking forward to my next treatment (and wish it were possible for them to safely be more frequent!)

Super friendly service with perfect results!
Would highly recommend Cornwall Laser Clinic. After a couple visits I’ve seen a few different staff members who have all been equally very welcoming & informative. The clinic is very clean, smart & tidy & the treatment is exactly as described "virtually pain free". Some would find this treatment a little embarrassing but they completely put you at ease & there really is no need to worry at all. And well, embarrassment or not- the end results are 100% worth it!! Only regret I have is not having it done 15 years ago… thanks so much!

Exceeded all my expectations
The hair removal works great (with a little patience!), prices are very competitive, and the staff are all friendly, welcoming, and clearly experts at their jobs!
As someone who is transitioning as well, their handling of my gender identity and familiarity with other trans clients and the transitioning process was also immensely reassuring, and I would heartily recommend them to any other trans folk looking for laser hair removal :)
