Really disgusting service from Alice in Basingstoke Branch. Cancelled my appointment and booked someone else in. Made 60 mile round trip. A young girl was even ruder. Blond young girl, really shouldn’t be the face of your clinic. Appalling service from the Basingstoke Branch. Do not entertain and go somewhere professional.

Great service, lovely ladies who are all very kind and welcoming. Chatting and making me feel at ease. Suited treatment to my needs. Definitely recommend.

I found each therapist I have had treating me, knowledgeable of treatment, products and aftercare.

My experience was very enjoyable, the laser hair removal has worked really well, i am not shaving a lot at all in between sessions and only have 3 very fine hairs if i do. The ladies are always very kind, friendly and considerate and give you a minute to get yourself ready.

I love Laser clinic Basingstoke’s the staff are very friendly and funny , I have always been nervous but they always assure me I’m safe and talk to me making me feel comfortable. Janet is really lovely and funny lady I feel comfortable doing my treatments with her and Holly too I don’t like changes everytime as I feel uncomfortable but all staff have been very helpful and I’m seeing a huge change and the guy I’m seeing also says my legs feel so smooth and he he loves legs lol I also wanted to say Janet is excellent and the qr wide takes me to the site but I don’t see your name :( maybe I’ll try again tomorrow and give call

Professional people and helpful team

I was quite skeptical for a long time about the science behind laser hair removal. I didn’t want to commit to a method that could make me dependent or come with unwanted side effects. However, after speaking with the highly knowledgeable practitioners at this clinic, my perspective began to shift. I had clear expectations about how the process should be handled, and to their credit, they truly listened and respected my concerns.

They guided me patiently, and I was impressed by how understanding and accommodating they were. Once I began the treatments, I started to notice a positive response from my body—and not having to constantly worry about my under arm hair has been such a freeing and empowering change. I love being able to wake up and feel confident, even without any sleeves!

While the clinic itself has a more clinical, minimal look and could benefit from a bit more warmth or femininity in its design, the staff more than make up for it. They are genuinely kind, committed to their work, and operate with a high level of professionalism. I now feel I am in truly safe hands, and am so grateful that they have been so attentive to my needs.
