I paid for aa 10 session course of laser hair removal (full body). To begin with, I discussed from the outset that I wanted to limit the number of staff and I was reassured it would be one person every session. This turned out not to be the case AFTER I paid. After complaining I was reassured it would be limited to TWO people. That was fine and they were both good a their job, Jelena in particular was excellent.
After some sessions. Jelena left Laser Clinics and I wasnt informed until I turned up for a session and she wasn't there. With the other staff member having left prior to this I was assigned yet another staff member. I wasnt given the option to consider this because I asnt told until I turned up, having paid to travel there by train. I asked if the session could be honoured fo another day. It was and I had to reconcile the fact that neither of the original, experienced staff members were there. The new staff members, which ended up being at least THREE other people (a far cry from what they promised before sessions began), were less competant in terms of ensuring they were actually covering the areas.
Jelena had also ensured the intensity was increasing with each session havign idscussed this with the manager after I had complained early on, noting that the intensity was too low. Of course when she left and I queried if the intensity was continuing to increase I was given the flat respinse "its increasing in line with our usual poicies". As others on here have said, those policies are to avoid a strong enough laser that would actually work.
Im left with patches of hair appearing, where they clearly missed the areas. I was also told I cannot have the last session as I had missed an appointment, which is impossible.
After all of that I called, emailed and called again SO MANY times Ive lost count. Ive been told someone will get back to me then ive been ignored. This week again I asked to speak to the manager and I was told she would call me back. Of course, she didnt, its happened many times before.
It really is unacceptable to take money from people, not give them a proper service (low settings on purpose, missing areas) and then ignore them. Very poor customer service. There are better clinics

I have been there few times for the injection and all were good experience, but this time was really disappointed. I went to have a consultation for the hydrafacial, and the appointment time was 10:50am, I arrived on 10:40am and there was no one in the reception, I waited until 11:00am then one staff showed up and asked me to seat and still wait, I had my appointment on 11:10am and the consultation was good and professional, however the waiting time was too long and when I waited there alone I was totally not sure how long will I waited cause no one was in the front desk to help.

I arrived 5' after my scheduled appointment (take into account that they had already made a call after being late for 3' which i apologised and then explained i was already on my way there and i needed less than a minute to arrive), the woman informed me that she only had 10' at her time since she had a 2-hour-long lunch break, therefore she couldn’t improve the mistakes they made last time i went there, and if i wanted a could wait for her to finish and then continue our appointment. During the laser removal, she kept rushing all of the process leading to me getting burnt and hurting quite a lot. The woman was very unprofessional and probably wouldn’t go there again... Why would they book an appointment at that time if they are unable to complete it?

Add more the staff at the reception was extremely unprofessional and rude . Not the first time Sumrin ( not sure it’s her real name as she did not wear her name badge ) from Coventry made the visit so unwelcoming . Shane on the company to provide such a poor customer service

This is my first time doing laser and so i have nothing to compare it to. The ladies are always polite and punctual for the two times ive attended. Im very suprised at how quick the actual treatment goes, in under 5mins for full hollywood and underarms. I guess in due time i will see if the treatment is working or not.

Went in for a consultation for laser hair removal on the face the girl tried to tell me I can book in every two weeks for treatment when 4_6 weeks are recommended as I have had laser previous not in this location. Had I followed her ill advise I would be getting my face burned every two weeks. Do your own research before going for a consultation or treatment.

I've had laser before. First time using this place and not impressed at all. The staff were blaming the website for booking errors but then did nothing to help. They rushed through the process and quite frankly couldn't wait to get me out the door.

Disappointed that I wasnt given my last session despite paying for it for the mysterious reason that I was a no-show some time in the last 18 months, yet i have no record of that and it was never discussed at the time, just deducted right at the end - not professional. I do however have a record of them booking an appointment with me and it not actually being booked but I checked and apparently this is not the same incident as the above. I asked reception if the manager could call me then as she is the one who said one of the sessions wouldn't be honoured. She said I would receive a call from the manager but she never called me.
The results after 9 sessions of laser have been poor.
I had to insist that they actually increase the intensity and a very good therapist worked with me to ensure progress. However she left and I can totally understand why people say the results are poor because it depends on who you get. The therapist's ability affects the settings (they usually say the same thing - the level is "in accordance with our policies" but have no idea how to gradually increase and ensure progression) and also whether the laser coverage is done well (the wand passed over every area) or whether it is patchy, which mine was after the good therapist left.
I'm unhappy to see much heavier hair growth than expected

I had purchased a laser hair removal package and then cancelled this in the first few days and requested a refund. After calling numerous time to chase for an update they tried to tell me that I’m not eligible even though I had notified in the first 14 days and not even received any treatment. They offered facial treatments but I just want a refund whys that so hard? I was even advised by a lady in store that I can get one even if I changed my mind in the first 14 days and feels like fraud as I’m not even been giving a service and they’ve taken my money.
