Laser Clinics Australia - Shellharbour Stockland Avis 4

I've been getting the same laser treatment on my arms with Laser Clinics Australia for almost 10 years. Today was the first time ever that the therapist refused to do a small section at the back of my upper arm with my half arm treatment. The inside of my lower arms don't grow hair so this section doesn't require treatment

I have been attending Laser Clinics Australia at Stockland Shellharbour for the past two years now. I have always had a very lovely and professional experience, however, this changed due to frequent bullying from one of the staff members that did my Brazilian and underarm treatments. Online, this staff member called me “putrid” and “psycho”. This hostile treatment began towards the end of last year. The employee stopped doing my laser treatments about a year and six months ago, however she still worked at the clinic and harassed me online. She had no reason to do this, she was always lovely to me face to face. I have made numerous reports but due to it being an incident outside of the clinic, it is seen as a personal issue and not work related issue. I personally cannot separate the two as I only know my clinician from my laser treatments and from inside the clinic, as that is where I met her. I received no form of apology; I was only told by the manager that the clinician won’t be working on days I have scheduled appointments. Meaning that there is acknowledgement there but no form of explanation or apology, hence why I have found this so unprofessional and will be changing clinics. When I posted my experience on Google Reviews I was attacked and patronised by the store owner for supposedly defamation of the business, she threatened legal action as her “One staff member is not a representation of the business.” However, this one staff member absolutely ruined my experience and represents how I will express it. I don’t believe that I am defaming the business as my review is an honest experience. There was no empathy, the store owner completely disregarded my concerns and told me that she did not care. There is nothing else that can be done as they are their own store. I would not recommend going here to have your most intimate areas treated; and I say that because there was a moment where I felt degraded, unsafe and uncomfortable by a staff member. I understand that this one girl is not a reflection of the whole team but I am very disappointed as it was dismissed. I will be going elsewhere.
