I used to get my facials done every month at another clinic but since I have discovered Laser Clinics I think it’s one of the best in the business. My local clinic is the Bayside in Victoria and the team are absolutely fantastic and friendly. I recently got my aqua facial with Nicole and she explained everything before each procedure and I can say my skin’s loving it. Highly recommend the place.

Belinda is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and technically skilled injectable technicians I have had the pleasure of working with. Having received treatments over several decades and lived in multiple states, I have experienced the care of a number of excellent practitioners. Belinda, however, truly stands out.
I was initially referred to Belinda after my previous technician relocated. From the very first consultation, she listened attentively, took the time to understand my goals, and provided thoughtful guidance on the most suitable treatment approach. Her level of care, professionalism and attention to detail immediately gave me great confidence.
Belinda is incredibly skilled and takes a considered, personalised approach to every appointment. She carefully adapts and refines treatments over time, ensuring results remain natural, balanced and appropriate for my age.

My appointment today was for my regular Botox update. I was given special attention, even though I'm a regular visitor. All the precautions and safety requirements were covered, and I was grateful for this because it is easy to become complacent with regular Clients......No so at this Clinic. They were fantastic. I would not go anywhere else.

I visited Laser Clinics today for my second full legs laser session, and overall I had a positive experience. Although the first time I went the lady was so lovely and I felt it wasn't rushed, today seemed a little rushed maybe because the second time process is more quicker then getting it first time if you know what I mean. IV just recently moved from the UK so I would say so much better than there definitely 😁

The clinic is clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. This was my second time going for full legs laser, and I’ve felt comfortable on both visits.

I also asked about pigmentation around my chin area, and I was given really helpful advice about possible treatments and causes, which I appreciated. They recommended purchasing their own serum to help with the darker pigmentation. It was explained well, but I’m still a little unsure about buying it until I see results — if anyone has used their serum for darker chin pigmentation, I’d love to know if you noticed an improvement.

In terms of pricing, I do feel it could be a little clearer and possibly a bit more affordable. When I asked if I could add full arms to my session, it was a little difficult (bless her, she had another client waiting), and I understand it can be busy. I was told I’d need to pay a separate amount, and I did wish there was an option to combine areas under one package. The pricing structure felt a bit confusing, especially when discussing current deals and being told they may not be available next time — I ended up feeling a little flustered.

I completely understand that staff are busy and doing their best, but a little more clarity around packages and a bit less rushing during those conversations would make the experience even better.

Overall, I’m happy with the service and professionalism, and I look forward to continuing my treatments.

Had my first session with the team today and it was an amazing experience. The staff are highly qualified, friendly, and walked me through every step of the process, making me feel comfortable and informed the whole time.

The microneedling treatment for my acne scars was explained clearly, and the level of care and professionalism was excellent. A special shout out to Sophie for taking the time to explain everything and making the whole experience feel easy and welcoming.

Because of the great experience and confidence I have in the team, I decided to purchase four additional sessions at a discounted rate.
