Jen is always really friendly and professional on my visits. She’s always been really knowledgeable whenever I’ve asked questions and generally puts me at ease.

Have had about 6 treatments now and seeing really positive improvements! Jen is super lovely and welcoming, and the session is incredibly speedy. Would 10/10 recommend! :)

Great price for laser hair removal. Jen is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Always feel comfortable receiving my treatments with her in what can be an exposing environment.

Really lovely space, very comfortable and efficient x

I had my first session today with Jen and she was very friendly and professional throughout. Everything has been thoroughly explained so far regarding the treatment and cost. I would highly recommend Jen and The Laser Lounge ❤️

Staff are great, very friendly and professional. Always very clean and quick! Would highly recommend.

I had my first laser hair removal appointment today and had a 10/10 experience. Everything was thoroughly explained pre & post treatment with all questions answered. The ladies make you feel super comfortable during your session and talk you through each step and how the machine works. I left my appointment with a goodie bag of wonderful aftercare products. I’m back in 6 weeks for my second session and I’m so excited. I’ve always wanted laser hair removal & I’m so glad I chose this salon. Thank you so much Jen :)

Just had my first session of legs, bikini and underarm laser at Laser Lounge and was so impressed. Jen was so warm and professional and made me feel completely comfortable and the lounge itself is in the most beautiful location. The treatment was super quick and easy and completely pain free I couldn’t believe it. Thanks so much, so excited for the rest of my sessions!

Amazing staff and treatment. Wouldn’t go to anyone else

Really professional and friendly service, really makes you feel comfortable getting your face zapped with a laser. Very lgbt+ positive.

Excellent service as always, hairs a lot more maintainable. I’d highly recommend the scrub.

Really happy with my results. Had 7 sessions and can see a real difference. I used to struggle with ingrown hairs really bad but since having laser, I don’t get any. It’s given my skin the chance to heal from the scarring.
The hair is still there but much less and much thinner. And takes longer to grow back.
Special mention to Jen as she’s amazing and made the whole experience.

Just within walking distance from tram, and services provided by Jen is wonderful. Feel very relaxed while doing facial treatment.

I bought as well the sunscreen provided for facial use, and it was quite good compared to drugstore bought. Would come again 👍🏼

Fantastic service. I’ve been attending for laser hair removal for a while now, and Jen has always been nothing but professional and friendly. I could not recommend her enough!!!

I have now half way through my course of treatment for laser on the face, I have already seen a massive improvement in the hair growth. Feeling way more confident to go out!! Booking is so simple, facilities are incredibly clean, Jen is clearly a professional and takes such care every appointment. If you are looking for laser hair removal would recommend The Laser Lounge in a heartbeat.

Definitely recommend, the team are amazing! Jen has made me feel so comfortable well I’ve been going for the treatment! Glad I didn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing service! Professional, quick and very relaxing :) Highly recommend!

Amazing as always.

Jen does a great job at making you feel comfortable and at ease during each session. The environment is always warm and welcoming and it's nice seeing subtle results just after a few days.

Looking forward to future sessions.

Amazing service as always from Jen. Been having great results and felt at ease in my session. Would recommend to anyone interested in laser hair, especially fellow trans women who want an understanding nice environment.
