Unreliable shipping time

Took too long to ship the order. Not received on time and I repeatedly asked to expedite the shipping or cancel the order. They couldn’t help at all. Once the order is placed, customer service is of no help. I Will not order from them again.

I received the ballerina poster today with incorrect name.

I received the ballerina poster today with a totally different name personalized on it. It appears to be a common problem with this company. I also tried several times to email them, with no response. I also tried to locate a customer service phone number, of course one was not available. The poster itself is nice, but I wish they would have personalized it correctly.

No Status on Christmas Bag

I have yet to receive a confirmation on delivery of my order although I've written two emails. According to contact information, they ship out of Texas, so it's been over two weeks now and no status update has been provided.

Priceless

I ordered the small and the 50x60 they are so beautiful soft and colorful and just the thought of my granddaughters have these as keep sakes something they can keep and think of me long after I am gone is priceless, wonderful product!!!!

My order was completely wrong

My order was completely wrong. I was so excited and even getting emotional as I opened the package only to see my granddaughters name spelled completely wrong. I was heartbroken. It would have been perfect. My granddaughter name is Dellana. It was supposed to say
"Princess Dellana". I am so disappointed. I hope you can make it right and send me the corrected replacement.
