Great label of diverse artists and output that never fails to interest. Always good offers- I went for unobtanium membership in 2023- 26lps across the year and added an extra 50 for 5 test pressings! Good or what. Just picked up a large bundle of ‘dinked’ LPs 18 for £120!!!

The only bad thing about being part of the Last Night From Glasgow community is that you regularly worry that you are accidentally stealing from, or defrauding, the label/shop - such is the positively-indecent value for money on offer. Bagfuls of records (and bags for records if you ask nicely), gig tickets, in-store sets, SO MANY discounts, delightful chats and occasional (very welcome) free beers for a stupidly-small outlay. Plus, they treat their (uniformly brilliant) artists so well you can feel great about yourself while reaping the benefits of being a member - and I LOVE feeling great about myself without having to really do anything. Hey, who doesn’t?! Not a member? It’s still a lovely and reasonably priced record shop to visit - although if you leave membership-less I’d be very surprised. A rare force for good in an industry that is “a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs”. Hunter S. Thomson would have thought differently if LNFG had been around back then. And, yes, I know the quote is apocryphal - what’s not apocryphal is LNFG’s unwavering dedication to great music!

I’d been a frequent looker on the LNFG website for months as I deliberated purchasing a new turntable and getting the vinyl back out the loft. I finally made the leap and joined as a member, it was a combination of several things, from the new releases, the gigs and the ethos behind the label. From the initial emails to several purchases already completed, Ian and Julia were great answering any question I had and helped with the choosing of past albums, I had long wished I’d owned.

The service is top notch, the delivery even better, who knew that in my mid 50’s I’d look forward to the postmen arriving again. I’m so glad I stumbled across this fantastic label on Twitter and joined up.

As a member based label, LNFG is an outstanding, ethical concept and a great mix of new music and remastered and / or reissued classic albums.

As a record shop, Big Blue has a great selection of vinyl to flick through or buy online and just to tempt you further if you are a label member you get a discount on both LNFG label music and major label stock.

Absolute no brainer to take a membership and get your money back through the discount while hearing some of the best and most varied new music around.

The uniquely Scottish approach to customer service from the team and the protestant work ethic displayed by the CEO combine to produce a sensational experience in shop , on line and at the various gigs I have attended.

Anyone interested in living their best life needs to immerse themselves in this exhilarating musical organisation.

Top drawer experience...essential releases from artists old and new...great customer support from passionate owners...membership a must...go on, you know you should !!!

The best damn shop in town, favourite member of staff is Bennett the dog.

Always leave with more music than I came in for, usually for not much more cash than I bargained for.

I even joined for free stuff and great discounts.

Always have a good chat with Ian, never had a problem, he has been super flexible where I’m concerned with pick up, deliveries and tickets. I don’t recognise the issues in the negative reviews.

One of the best mail order record shops I’ve come across. Been using them for a few years now since a random Trashcan Sinatras purchase and took out membership last year. Sure there have been minor issues with an order being delayed and one not quite right but always been sorted out promptly and was told by the very helpful Ian just to pass a duplicate on to someone who would appreciate it.
Anyway, would thoroughly recommend.

At least one of 3 males in my family has been a member of LNFG for many years. This year I enhanced my membership, and what a bonus that was! Initial package of 9?10?12? lps was impressive stuff. Ian & Julie guided me through the files available to listen to, very helpful! Its a great service, saving money on music and postage by collecting bags full of records whenever i am on Argyll St.

I’ve been a supporter of LNFG since about year two. Every year the music available increases and varies.
LNFG work on a membership model. If you like music, it is a great service. I am not an artist, but have spoken to many who are supported by the label.
I really like the Past Night remasters. Albums I may already have, but lovingly released back into the world. Thank Paul M for a lot of these.
The new music delivered has sent me down many a sonic rabbit hole exposing me to songs I may not have encountered.

I have read the negative reviews on TP. They seem very focussed on their own plight rather than the label and shop as a whole. Take what you will from that.

A visit to the physical shop in Glasgow may find your day extended somewhat with an informative chat with Ian or any of the friendly staff.

If in doubt, give it a go and make your own mind up. Frankly I’ll be here for a few years yet.

Fabulous shop, excellent staff and some incredible in-store performances.

Have taken up a membership which has introduced me to some great artists - some new, some not quite so new.

Always something new and interesting to pick up in the shop after a good ol’browse.

I've been a member for several years and visit shop to pick vinyl purchases on a regular basis.
Great shop friendly staff ,membership includes access to gigs including some freebies,inshop gigs loads of discounts .

I've been a member of Last Night From Glasgow for a number of years, and have recently upgraded my membership so that I can benefit from their services, and new releases, for a further 5 years.

Why? The re-releases really hit the mark with my taste of music, and the quality of the pressings are absolutely wonderful. There is a real desire and dedication to bring a quality product to market, and they succeed. The member benefits for other records in stock also mean that new releases, outside of the record label, are really competitively priced too.

It's my 'go-to' website for vinyl.

I've been using LNFG for over a year now and I have no complaints at all.

Their communication is excellent and any problems I've had have been resolved quickly and with respect.

Being a small part in the future of this Label feels very cool.

A great company producing fantastic music for fans of all genres.
An absolutely outstanding annual membership scheme which provides you with numerous (actual number dependent on level of membership) pieces of vinyl throughout the year and which works out at exceedingly cheap prices for these pieces of music.
Many are new albums produced by the bands specifically for the label and even with the occasional hiccup from manufacturing plants throughout the world (no doubt caused by over production of the latest Taylor Swift re-release or something) they are always on the ball with regular updates on when these albums can be expected. Lastly, they are a lovely bunch of people too.

A wonderful source for finding brand new artists and hard to find vinyls.
Wonderful peeps to deal with and customer satisfaction is their priority.

Best record shop/label in existence as far as I'm concerned.
It's not often you come across someone selling records/running a label who is knowledgeable and as passionate about music as this so its refreshing to deal with, not just a purveyor of good music, but a fan as well.
