Seemed unable to influence or help with the charter company lack of flexibility until the last minute. Had used Late Sail twice before and been good but this time far less effective
I lost £3000 as a result and the holiday was a disaster

The good news was that Top Yacht and EGG yachting were able to help, showing flexibility and responsiveness. Whilst £3000 was lost with Latesail, at least we got 8 people on the water

It seems I'm not the only one to have been let down in this way

Would be a five star if not for that annoying 'can i help you screen' popping up every minute before you have a chance to study options.

This will be my fourth bareboat charter with LateSail, Lynn has continually found great deals for me on some superb catamarans in various locations in europe and the caribbean. Excellent service and nothing seems to be too much of a bother. The guys are really knowledgeable and have first hand experience of most of the areas we have sailed in ( or know someone who has).
