I wasn't sure laughter could really help our team loosen up, but I was genuinely amazed by how our facilitator, Katie, led the session. It was productive and unexpectedly impactful – it lifted the team's morale and brought us closer together. A much-needed reset.
Laugh.Events helped us put on a fantastic comedy night for our students at the University of Texas. We wanted a fun, memorable event that would bring the campus community together for a great night out — and that's exactly what we got. The comedian had the whole room laughing, the energy was terrific, and it was easy to coordinate with the team from start to finish. We've worked with Laugh.Events for a few years now, across our NYC, Denver, SF, and Toronto offices plus fully virtual events for our distributed teams. They've run applied improv workshops through their Laughing & Development program, live comedy shows, and comedy gameshows for us – and their team always matches the format to the room instead of pushing one package. We brought Laugh.Events in to kick off our district leadership retreat, with leaders from all seven of our schools and departments in the room. The applied improv session went great and was really well received – people had fun, got out of their comfort zones, and it was the perfect way to start the day. A genuinely engaging way to strengthen collaboration across our teams.

We're a remote-first company, so getting three of our Customer Experience teams together in person for an offsite was a rare opportunity. Our Laugh.Events instructor, Katie, did an amazing job customizing an applied improv workshop to our group. She kept everyone engaged and got people talking across teams that don't normally work together day to day. Easy to plan on our end too. Great option if you want something beyond a standard team building activity.
