Started testing SMS again toward the end of last year after a 3 year break, decided to re-join Launch Control. They’ve done a great job balancing all the new texting regulations while still keeping the platform practical for real estate outreach.

They’ve added a lot of useful features, but it’s still easy to use, which I appreciate. Support has also been quick and helpful anytime something comes up.

If you’re looking for an SMS platform, this is my #1 recommendation.

Used to run my own account, but now Launch Leads handles everything, and they crush it every month. From day one they were locked in, followed my process, and made the handoff seamless. I just feed them lists and close deals. Saved me the headache of training a VA, and my ROI shot up since switching to LL. If you’re serious about scaling, these are the guys to run your outbounds!

I use this tool to text for my employer - a Real Estate Investor (wholesaler), I had no clue how to do it at first but they’ve got in-house Text Marketing Experts that show you how to do everything as soon as you start, check in with you constantly and make sure you’re on track - really helpful and quick when there’s an issue they are with you in minutes, especially for beginners

Been running Launch Control for my SMS for over a year now, couldn’t be happier. The platform’s super easy to use, but the real value is in their customer service. You can actually reach someone fast, which is priceless when SMS is a core part of your business.

They’re also killing it lately with new updates, extra market flexibility, more messages and the AI template generator. Highly recommend for anyone serious about scaling.

Expensive and ineffective, the KPIs are horrible. Their suggestions are horrible.

The SMS works and is allowing us to generate leads, so the main thing they do is good.

Everything else is terrible.

1. The sales call was cringey and unprofessional

2. The onboarding person was rude and argumentative for no reason

3. Their data aggregation makes no sense, I cant look at previous months data without extracting a gaudy spreadsheet instead of just having custom ranges on the dashboard

4. Their app is annoying, I have turned off push notifications every single day and it resets back to "On" daily. I have also signed out and STILL get push notifications. How??

5. The actual inbox structure is clunky and not optimized for easy messaging and sorting.

overall, the "product" is fine but everything about the business has to be optimized.

Horrible customer service. Not only did I have difficulty cancelling my subscription, but they continued to charge me after cancellation. Would not recommend this company to anyone in the real estate industry.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. The worst company I have ever had to work with. We have waited for over a month to get our "Phone verified". They told us it would take 5-7 days. Every time you try to get information from their support "Oh this is outside of our control". After 30 whole days, they decide to give us a toll-free number, not even a local number. We sent out 1200 texts and 2 of them were delievered. Again "This is outside of our control, there is something on the carrier side." Seriously save your time and money.

Absolutely dreadful experience with Launchcontrol! Signed up for their text delivery service with high hopes, only to be met with disappointment at every turn. First off, their approval process took ages, so I couldn't even use the service for the first month. Strike one.

Then, to add insult to injury, they conveniently 'forgot' to mention their astronomical charges until it was too late. Lo and behold, they sneakily charged me not once, but twice without my consent! Strike two.

And when I had the audacity to request a refund for their blatant overcharging, they flat out refused, citing some obscure policy buried in the fine print. Strike three, you're out!

To top it all off, this disastrous experience came with a hefty price tag of over $700. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Launchcontrol unless you enjoy throwing your hard-earned money into a black hole of incompetence and greed.
