Exceeded my expectations, excellent quality, and exactly what I wanted, really happy with my purchase, would recommend and I will definitely order again

I’m a relatively new customer to Laundry B but I absolutely adore all my new purchases. Great lives and a great company. Keep being amazing ladies 🥰

I love their clothes. They are so comfortable, stylish and well-made and I have totally changed the way I dress. I like to be a bit different even though I'm an older woman and these are different!
I have never had any problem with delivery and customer service were helpful when I contacted them.

I love the Laundry B style,their clothing is right up my street but I do have a couple of things to pick up on.One of which is already mentioned,the sizing of the layering garments could do with being larger. We see Jo modelling these garments with plenty of looseness whilst I appreciate Jo is teeny tiny that is the Laundry b look that we are buying in to. I want my long sleeve T to be loose at the arms and around the tummy area. It makes a lot difference to our overall look.
I received an answer to the £8.99 shipping fee to the Highlands. DPD is expensive,much cheaper to post via Royal Mail. I do feel a bit cheated. I’m in no way benefiting from the Live10 and email10 discounts. I hope that this postage thing can be sorted because I do love everything about Laundry b except those 2 things above. 😉🥰. Xx

I love LaundryB and have ordered many items over the years. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with sizing.
I ordered the black Essential Body Stretch Cotton Button Faux Shirt. I’m a 20/22.
It fits perfectly over the bust area however in the tummy area it’s very tight and if you sit down gapes open. Sizing says up to 24. I would not recommend this to anyone who’s apple shaped size 20/22 as the material is not generous in the tummy area. Such a shame as it’s lovely otherwise. Took the tag off before trying as am so used to everything being a great fit from LB so can’t send back. Ah well - hopefully I’ll lose some weight and be able to wear it.

Thank you for your response. I did check the sizing which was fine for the bust area. I don’t expect you to provide the sizing around waist /tummy. I just thought it would be a looser fit around that area but it isn’t. I’m very apple shaped so it’s just a case of me needing to get rid of my tummy 🤣

Love Laundry B and have had many items and never disappointed. Just received my latest 2 Leopard tops and they are wonderful. Such good service and so carefully wrapped.Thank you all at this store.

Got my order of the fine knit polo top and I am delighted. Just put my order in for another in a different colour. Fabulous price too.

I love this company as the clothing I have received is well made and the material is great considering the low cost. The only slight gripe I have is they say the clothing is made in Italy but the scarf I received says China! Maybe they mean, designed in Italy?!

I have been buying from Laundry B for a few years now, their clothes are are just a bit different from the high street, love the way they style everything on their lives, they put together outfits with things I wouldn't think to wear together. The clothes are mainly one size which is great if your weight fluctuates. If there is ever an issue with anything purchased they are really helpful and resolve it straight away. I have to say the items I received today are amazing, probably my best purchase ever, a beautiful french ivory coat and stone dress and jumper set, both ordered yesterday and were delivered at 9am today!.

Laundry B sell beautiful Made in Italy clothing at a great price and Jo and the girls are brilliant, nothing is ever too much trouble. Their LIVES are great fun and very informative. Thank you ladies

I honestly never do reviews but I feel this wonderful company warrants it I'm going tenerife soon and my whole entire wardrobe is made up of laundry b fantastic quality customer service is 2nd to none I've been stopped in the street on my outfits several times and in my hairdressers they ordered straight away whilst having my hair done I've had at least 10 of my friends order from you after seeing me in your items xxx

The cream crochet kimono that I ordered was absolutely beautiful. Well made and so gorgeous. Will wear on my holidays. Fast delivery also. Will use this company again.

Absolutely went more than the extra mile to make sure I received my Kite Pant. As I was travelling for work I asked for parcel to go to a DPD parcel shop in the town where I was working but even though I'd put my name and the correct address of the parcel shop (number and road and town) on the delivery details I had not put the actual name of the shop on there (WH Smiths) This failure obviously confused the courier even though it is a DPD parcel shop so got a message that they could not find address and it would be returned to sender. I really needed these pants as I wear them as part of my work costume and I'd ripped the pair I had. Called laundry b in a panic as I was moving on to another town the following day. They could not have been more helpful. They got in touch with DPD, located the parcel and got it diverted to a parcel shop near to where I would be working next. They did this all in less than an hour and ringing me back with updates and reassuring me all was under control. The pants arrived safe and sound to the parcel shop a few days later. Such customer service is rare nowadays and the quality of the pants is first rate too and almost £10 cheaper than where I bought the original ones. I have no hesitation is recommending them and look forward to buying from them again but going to wait until I am home from touring and the purchases can be delivered to my house!

Wide Leg, Raw Edge Magic Trousers

Disappointingly, bad quality material. After only one wear elastic threads were sticking out. After a few wears they are almost unwearable and ready for the bin. I spoke to customer services who were very nice and apologetic, I settled for a few pounds refund - wish I hadn’t now. Conveniently black was out of stock so they couldn’t replace them. Its such a shame they are lovely comfortable trousers. Ive since bought them in grey - Im hoping I was unlucky and it won’t happen again ….

This company is the best! Their clothing is fantastic quality and value and their customer service is excellent. Great on refunds, great on dealing with any issues (which is unusual for there to be any!) thoroughly recommend 🙂

Oh my what have you done to me. I came across your live on Wednesday purely by accident and saw the Ori x stretch Shelby pant and funnel neck cocoon dress which one of your ladies kindly modelled both pieces together for me, in the pink, as I thought it would be ideal as my airport outfit. It’s just arrived and I thought I’d died and gone to heaven. I’ve bought a few things on line from companies after seeing them modelled on Facebook - they’ve been ok but really nothing special but …… your outfit is absolutely stunning and the quality of the material - like something bought from a high end store. I’m absolutely thrilled - thank you so much - however not entirely sure my bank balance is going to thank you if you keep posting beautiful clothes like this. I’m seriously tempted to get this again in the grey for autumn/winter. Also although I’d paid next day delivery and I was expecting to receive my bundle of goodies today I had to call you as I hadn’t heard anything from DPD. I think I spoke to Caroline. What a lovely lady - so pleasant and helpful. In these times it’s so refreshing to experience excellent customer service and exceptionally good quality clothes reasonably priced. I’ve bought many things over the years from Laundry B and just love their whole ethos , service and the lovely choice of clothing / accessories.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Kate today who went above and beyond my expectations and we had a great little chat too. Such positive vibes and energy.
