I’ve bought loads from this website over the years. Ima wide variety of lovely clothes. Quick delivery and packages very well. I’ve never returned anything. It’s my go to website

I was expecting my delivery this morning and Royal Mail sent me a message saying my parcel had been delivered to my “safe place.” I checked everywhere nothing. I searched, panicked, called Royal Mail, and sat in a 15-minute queue. While waiting, I thought, Let me call Laundry B.
Best decision ever! The phone barely rang before a lovely woman picked up. She was so kind, patient, and helpful. She tracked my parcel and told me she had a picture showing where it was delivered. Turns out… Royal Mail had put my beautiful Laundry B parcel inside my food waste bin. I couldn’t believe it!

After some rummaging around, I found it exactly where she said it would be. I called back, shared the horror (and the laugh!) with her, and she was just delightful. I wish I knew her name so I could thank her personally.

As always, my Laundry B items are gorgeous. One wasn’t what I thought I ordered completely my mistake but it’s still beautiful, and I went back and ordered the correct one straight away.

Laundry B has never let me down. Their customer service is amazing, their products are stunning, and even in moments of delivery madness, they’ve got your back. If you’re thinking about ordering do it. You won’t regret it!

I placed an order for three blouses, one was on back order.
The embroidered white cotton blouses were all excellent quality and brilliant prices.

I have been buying from this shop for many years but recently bought 3 items.
Some jeans which I absolutely love really lovely style & good quality. A white T shirt with silver design, which again I love and the material is lovely & soft & a light weight white sweatshirt.
The clothes prices are great value for money, the quality is of a reliable standard & they always post things out promptly if you buy online. I highly recommend this brand both the shop & online.

I hardly ever buy clothes from anywhere but Laundry B these days. Why would I? I love the quirky styles, the prices are great and I love being part of the LB family.

Just received two new tops and I am as usual, delighted with them! The care they wrap and the message enclosed is fabulous! Thank you so much, just ordered more! Also recommended to my D.I.L.

Saw this company on line and the clothes looked lovely. Also they stated that they were made in Italy. The reviews were mixed however I decided to order two items. The description was correct however the quality was not good. I had to cut off and finish all the rough edges on both garments and remove many loose threads. After a couple of washes I now need to sew some of the seams back together. Such a shame because they are so pretty and look lovely on. That is the reason I kept them oh and the cost of the return postage. Also they are not made in Italy but in China, the label clearly states made in The Peoples Republic of China.
So buyer beware the garments are of a poor quality and finish. Definitely throw away fashion.

Excellent efficient service. The live shows are always fun and informative giving valuable honest information about fit and size. I recently ordered a Santos cap sleeve dress which is so comfortable and cool to wear I quickly ordered another one. I have several outfits from them and I am never disappointed in fit and quality.
