The Best
.Our purchase was a complicated process taking almost a year to complete but Lauren was brilliant throughout.
She was incredibly thorough, professional and knowledgeable, keeping on top of everything and ensuring nothing was overlooked. Things were explained clearly and she was always there when we needed advice or reassurance.
Her patience and attention to detail was appreciated.

Brilliant conveyancer who takes the stress out of buying a new home
Lauren is so friendly with great communication skills, always willing to talk through things that may seem baffling. Sienna too is efficient always sending necessary documents and emails on time. We really felt we had the personal touch with explanations given without unnecessary jargon. Lauren made what is a very stressful event of purchasing a home manageable with her expertise and calm manner.Thank you Lauren and Sienna

Lauren and Sienna were very efficient…
Lauren and Sienna were very efficient and proactive. We didn’t find we were having to chase for things to get done or for any updates. They made the process feel easy from our perspective (despite things being slight less straightforward further up the chain). Very grateful and we would definitely use Lauren again!

Amazing and Professional Service
Lauren and Sienna were amazing, very professional and kept us well informed throughout the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. We had only previously used a solicitor for any house moves but we certainly can recommend using Bespoke Law Services and their local conveyencer, Lauren Frain and Assistant, Sienna Bowman.
