I bought a device to cut out what is called 'dirty electricity' - when I found out it was a scam I cancelled the item well within the 14 day refund policy. The company told me I would have to wait for the item to come, it didn't come and they said they would try to re send it - I told them that I just wanted my money back, but they insisted that I would have to receive it in order to send it back, which doesn't make any sense at all. I sent them 30 emails saying I wanted my money back, they never responded and have ignored all my subsequent emails. They are a a scam company.

Ive ordered an item from lav shop in February 2026 and im still waiting for my item and it's now 7th April 26. Bloody scammers

My partner brought some items not realising they came from China. They were usless and as they were quite expensive we sent them back to China. Royal Mail tracked states they have been sitting in China for 2 weeks and he has requested the refund again as it's up to them now to track them in. I would love to increase their stars if the pay, but I won't hold my breath!
Well it's now 4 weeks on since the items got to China. Lavira say they can not refund until the items have been checked. The trail to the warehouse has obviously gone cold and there is little or no hope of ever seeing a refund. So the best I can do is try and warn others out there.

the 2 items arrived and I tested the first 1 Didnt work, then I tested the 2nd one and that didnt work either. Now theyre telling me to send video,s of them not working £40 down and they want me to pay shipping cost to send items back to china, by the time they get there my 14 days return will have taken 3 weeks and they wont honour a refund. SCAMERS.

They’ve sold a product that not only is expensive but is a total scam do not buy from them on any level they are dodgy !!!!

Terrible and the service is shocking. The stuff I am still waiting for has not arrived. Tried to cancel the order soon after making the purchase. Only to read what they are selling is a fire hazard. Used false advertising on instagram. This company is a scam.

My husband made a purchase and the goods were not what he wanted. On Company's instruction returned to address given in China, 'Tracked'... package then reported 'pending' and a page in Chinese with no translation and so it has stayed for months.... Absolutely no help what so ever from Lavira.. it does seem like a wonderful way to send goods into the ether and thus no repayment.

I got the gift I had ordered before Christmas after Christmas. I wrote the company the week before Christmas to see where my order was and their response was that it was on its way. I finally received it after Christmas. It was too late to give it as a gift and it was too small for my husband to keep it (it was a cap). When I asked where to return it their response was that they don’t cover the cost of shipping for refunds, so it could be pricey would I like to just keep the hat and receive 30$ store credit? I thought they meant that they would reimburse me but no; it is just a store credit and I really don't want to deal with this company anymore.

Scam, sent out on Facebook, to pray on the vulnerable.

Total scam ordered 13th November nothing emailed 3 different times and email addresses all of which dont exist they dont deliver so no gift no money back

If I could give this company -5 I would - I agree with all the bad reviews shown. Everything is completely misleading, they are not in the UK, no insructions, many emails explaining a slight delay. When I finally asked for a refund, the parcel appeared battered the next day. I am now worried to use this thing at all since it is not for what it was advertised. I could kick myself to ever order anything from them.

So interesting to see pelvic ease being advertised again on Facebook. According to their ad they have 2000 5 star reviews on Trastpilot!! I wasn't impressed with the packaging of the pelvic ease items, that I bought. Considering that they are advertising a solution for urinary incontinence the instructions included are very poor, I requested further information which I received by email but there were no diagrams, videos or links. I emailed again to request a more comprehensive guide, I received a picure of a 4 page instruction sheet, the only trouble was that when I attempted to magnify it because text was really tiny it was completely blurred, un-readable. My tens machine has a 26 page booklet with all aspects of usage, technical information, trouble shooting etc. How can this company sell pelvic ease with so little guidance? I certainly won't buy from them again, I'm researching on the internet for more detailed information on the correct, safe usage

I've been caught too by this company - nowhere in the purchase does it indicate that the goods originate in China, and that returns must be sent there, at MY expense! Its not paying for return postage i object to - its paying to send it to China, when had i known that, i wouldn't have risked the purchase in the first place. Should be a law that states country of origin should be clearly stated.
