Stay away from Lawn Love (aka LawnStarter) if you are looking for dependable, professional lawn care.
Equipment problems can happen, but repeated last-minute cancellations, unexplained schedule changes, and poor communication are not professional service.

On multiple occasions, the so-called “pros” waited until after sunset to report that they were not coming because of supposed “equipment issues.” By that point, we had already spent the entire day expecting the service to be completed. There was no timely warning, no real explanation, and no respect for our time.

We have also had scheduled service dates changed without anyone discussing it with us first. The appointments simply got moved as though a customer’s schedule does not matter.

A company marketing itself as a lawn service provider should not require customers to constantly wonder whether anyone will show up, or find out at the end of the day that the job was never going to happen.

Every about it is absolutely amazing, from this app to the company doing my lawn care. Couldn't be happier

So I think this app is totally underrated. I’ve used other apps and this one has far more superior customer service and businesses that are reliable. I have been using them for well over a year or so and I would NOT go back to Angie where I had like 5 or 6 lawcare businesses that failed me and never showed up. With Lawnlove I’ve only had one lawn servicer since the beginning and they are more efficient that all of them! Very, very happy!

Daniel from Lawn does a fantastic job, he professional, show up on the schedule day to do the lawn prepared and take care to make sure the lawn looks great every time. I had no issue with Daniel. I had very positive and professional job with other gardeners that work with Lawn love. Only had one issue that they could not show up as scheduled, but contacted me and we rescheduled. I would recommend Lawn Love and Daniel .

Horrible customer service. First appt cancelled and rescheduled to the following day. Nobody showed for the second appt. Customer service sent a text message and an email to the pro assigned to my yard to see where they are. Seems like an ineffective means of communication for someone working outside. I would recommend this service to anyone! They consistently do a great job and I really appreciate it . I have already recommended their service to several friends.

Not sure how to respond. Fertilizer and weed killer was applied. Won’t know until a few weeks have passed.

It's very easy to use Lawn Love, they match you to the perfect Pro you're looking for. I've had nothing but great luck, true professionals.

One of their “ pros” damaged my fence and gate. I was told all I had to do was send pictures and they would send someone out for an estimate on the repair within 24-48 hours . No one came , no response for over a week. I had to call to ask what was going on with my claim , 10 minutes later I get an email saying they are resolving my repair by giving me $115 bill credit , they have no one you can actually talk to except through email on anything that involves damage to your property, in dispute now we have to schedule the estimates for our fence despite sending ring camera footage of their so called professionals ramming my gate with a riding mower , and continuing to ram my entire fence line and leaving the property without a notice knowing they damaged my property. Will absolutely not recommend this company just hire a regular lawn company not this subcontractor service

Found a good reliable lawn pro. Poe's Lawn serivce has been great. Giving our home much needed curb appeal.

Very friendly the service was fast and efficient and came on time cut the grass with no problems

Love lawm app is great. Lawn sharks are the best. They treat your yard likes it was their own. My yard has never looked better.
