This company is a scam
This company is a scam . They schedule a date and your “ pro “ never shows up . The first time they told me the pro cancelled at the end of the day that they were supposed to come. The second time no call no show no message no nothing . At this point I believe this place is a scam and these reviews are too or maybe it could be that I’m a family of color I don’t know but o would not recommend there scamming !

Lawn Love is very efficient and organized. I always get a text weekly telling me when my lawn will be serviced and then another email when the job is complete. They ask for feedback each week. The lawn pro does an excellent job. Lawn Love is also very good at finding a lawn pro for any type of task. I highly recommend Lawn Love.

What I love?
What I love? My lawn mower Shawn from SMG Lawncare. He does a wonderful job, and I've never had any complaints.
What I don't love? I've had to work my way through several service providers to get to Shawn. Some only did half the job (or less). No edging or cleanup as paid for. I had another who I caught setting off fireworks in my back yard. I'm not sure Lawn Love really vets their providers all that well.
Bottom line: Thank God for Shawn!

Could not be more pleased
I was desperate to have my lawn mowed after a health crisis that left it a bit shaggy. LawnLove had a great price and was quick to respond. My lawn care professional, Jon, did an excellent job communicating his schedule as it rained for a few days. Once he finished his work I was just over the moon about his attention to detail and how fantastic my yard looks. So happy to have Jon and LawnLove as my lawn service pros this summer and beyond!

The app is easy to use, communication is great, and the cost is reasonable. My service provider shows up on the designated day, always within the same 30 minute timeframe just before noon, which tells me that he and his tech consistently do a great job of time management since they have likely completed a number of jobs before reaching me. They are professional, fast but thorough, leave my yard looking great, and the whole process is completely painless. What’s not to love?

Brett really takes great care of my lawn. He has an efficient team that show up even if the weather isn’t ideal. They weed whacked an area I wouldn’t have expected, but I super appreciate it. It makes my walkway look so much better!
