Really great coach. I needed someone to help with the extra focus and accountability. Weekly check ins and was there quickly with any questions I needed answered. Definitely would recommend.

Lawrence has a large knowledge about chemistry applied in the fitness world. He has the feeling of understanding the metabolism of the client. Train and diet are good. Communication is fast and efficient. Very attentive.

Best decision I made this year is to have signed up with coach Lawrence. Progress I made in 6 weeks so far under coach Lawrence is much greater than what I did on my own for 6 months!!! Coach is very acknowledgeable, very supportive and inspiring. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to change their life, period.

Brilliant!!! Lawrence is there for me day and night which makes my life easy I don’t have to worry about a thing. Nothing is to much of an ask. My strength and weight has gone to plan thanks to this man.
