Absolutely amazing experience! LAY-Z-DAYS EVENTS was incredible to work with from beginning to end. Communication was excellent — they were always quick to respond, patient with all of my questions and ideas, and worked with me through the entire process to create the design exactly how I envisioned it. They really listened to what I wanted and helped bring the whole concept to life. The final result came out absolutely stunning and even better than I imagined! Poster came very quickly. The custom job took a couple of weeks as mentioned on the product listing. No complaints.

Superb! Having dealt with numerous events companies over the years I have to say my experience from start to finish was truly 5 star.
Tracy immediately made me feel at ease when she called me back regarding my online booking, even though I knew I was not booking a local company. I felt there offerings/set up were far superior to local competitors as they offered the full decoration package in their party tents.
I had 40 teenagers entertained in a self contained tent which was lovely and warm ( especially as it was the coldest day of the year in minus temperatures, Friday 21st November).
The feedback from both the teenagers and parents who saw it was just simply wow!

We hired a hot tub for our twins birthday party in October. From first contact through to collection we were treated by the team with great care and advice. Unsure as to what exactly would be best suited for the area we had & what we required it for we asked the team for their advice & they were wonderfully helpful. We received notification when they were on their way to us to set up along with an update as to what time they would arrive.
The equipment was in great condition & came with a very easy to use explanation card which showed us step by step instructions. We would highly recommend this company for their hot tub hire & look forward to using some of their many other services in the future.

Received my parcel and the goods were broken then I’m told to send a photo being 76 yrs old I’m not into modern tech so won’t be using you again

I like the product, although I think the cost for 6 was a little steep at 350 pounds considering the sizes of the material that is my only complaint but I love it

Fantastic service, friendly and patient staff when setting up the hot tub.
Everybody really enjoyed using the hot tub, it was great for our family group.
It was clean & hot, very relaxing.

We hired the rave cave and it did not disappoint, everyone loved it so much so friends who attended went on to hire it too. Well worth the money will definitely order again.

From start to finish Tracy was a pleasure to work with. Her communication was excellent both via WhatsApp and phone responding to any questions quickly. We hired the large party tent with the UV 90s retro theme decor for a birthday party. It was absolutely amazing! All the guests loved it!!! Five star service, will definitely be using them again.
