Signed a contract on Friday evening and a direct debit form for a tablet that was advertised as discounted and new, got emailed on Monday evening saying your order is no longer available, emailed asking why ,no reason given no response, last email stating "you have no active orders" ,total lies I have photos of my contract and direct debit and a copy in my document folder,the cheap advertised price was a scam and they quote they will call you to resolve issues, they don't ,stay well away from this company very let down just relieved they didn't get any money from me,be aware.

I'm still waiting for my refund of $250 when they want your money your hearing from them up to 5X a day but when you want your money back from them total silence.... they shouldn't be allowed to run a business @ all!.. - stars if I could!! These people are scum!!

stay away from these scumbags, i hope they go to hell.
taking money from people that really need it. hope the courts find them, i have filed a law complaint.

I would give minus five stars if possible they say products are brand new they are second hand the products are double the price in an actual store they take advantage of vulnerable people

How about the fact that the items are over DOUBLE the amount of the same thing in store.
Or the phone calls that start from 4pm till 11pm with children and babies crying in the background. So badly to the point where the woman but me on hold and when she came back said 'oh sorry my coworker is having a hard day'.
Or there RIDICULOUS refund policies!

This whole Layaway depot is a complete and utter feaking scam. $1500 for an item that cost $699 in store? Wow talk about taking advantage.

Not a good company do not trust my friend paid off a phone and was told to wait 10-15 working days for delivery. So far nothing has come.

Do not recommend they taken my money from a solo parent cool8ng off period is from first date of payment not from the date i make the applications

Stay away they take away money it onl 51bux but not alot of money but to me it is.
