We asked for a quote and had Bobby come out within a few days, which was perfect. He had great knowledge and gave us peace of mind that LazyLawn are very much specialists in their field. Nicole in the office kept us up to date with the booking plans and we had a slot booked in for the work to be carried out within a week and half, which is unheard of at this time of year. Derek and Luis have just completed our garden within the day, and were absolutely fantastic. We had a completely hassle free, efficient installation, and can’t thank the team enough for how easy they made the whole process. Couldn’t recommend the LazyLawn team in Scotland enough if you’re unsure where to go for artificial grass!

Great product, but let down by poor installation leaving me disappointed with the end product.

I highly recommend Lak and his team as they did such a great job with our garden. From the beginning to the end, the communication was great. Lak was very honest and pointed out to us that he had accidentally chipped a patio tile which he replaced. They worked extremely hard and always cleaned up after themselves. The grass is great quality and my kids absolutely love it. They made the whole process easy and I'm glad I chose them.

Cannot fault a thing! Communication was very good, and although not a straightforward job, it was dealt with brilliantly. Very professional, and I was impressed that time was taken in order to get it perfect, and the finished product is excellent. Would highly recommend.

LazyLawn Scotland; just had old turf lifted and new artificial grass laid. Experience was great; very easy to deal with. Communication before and during the installation was outstanding and the guys who were on site were fab (LL1 I think was the team). Grass looks amazing, cleaned up afterwards and had great chat even if they didn’t really like my choice of milk!

I had resin and artificial grass installed in October 2021, by August 2022 then resin had started going soft and breaking up in areas (back garden little to no foot traffic/wear).

I contacted the guy who I had originally arranged the installation with, who at the time of installation was all too proud and confident in their product and told me should there be any problems get in touch and it'll get sorted ASAP, I got a short winded response basically telling me that the chemical product I had exposed to the resin has caused the problem and he'll put me intouch with the relevant people.

I bought a deodorising product from LazyLawns website which was both suitable for artificial grass and for resin, I got in touch with the company who makes that product BlockBlitz and they asked for pictures etc I had several phone calls with them and they've said this has never happened before and can't see how it would be to do with their product.

After giving the relevant people this information after them telling me due to myself causing this damaged they would not be able to repair it without being paid, they had to look into it and 2-3 weeks later I got a response saying that the product did not cause the damage, but they're unsure why this has happened and offered to come repair the areas.

After they had repaired the patches it was completely obvious something was wrong as our original install of resin was very porous and allowed water to pass through easily, but the repaired areas were completely solid and not permeable to water thus it looks completely different.

I got in touch once more and was told that a supplier had said this must have been something to do with the weather, so we would need to wait until the weather dries out to get it repaired once more, 4 months on from the "repairs" and even more areas have broken up.

I have asked LazyLawn through email to put me intouch with someone higher up the chain as clearly patch repairs at this point are not going to cut it and they just offer to put me in touch with the guy who did the repairs.

I went with LazyLawn because they seemed like a trust worthy company, however seemingly once they have taken your money all that customer support goes out the window.

Shaun and his team were professional at all times. They were friendly, punctual and self-sufficient, they just got on with the job. The end result looks amazing. Super happy with it. I held out until I could afford the price for this particular company and product as I had done some research and found it to be the best around. Thanks Lazylawn.

My lawn has only been down a day so I can’t comment on how it will last but at the moment it’s looking really great and Lee has cleared up and left everywhere spotless. Highly recommend.

OMG I love my new Lazylawn, Lee Giles and assistant turned up on, it was done in one day they were friendly and very efficient and cleaned up well, would recommend them.

Had artificial grass installed by Lazy Lawn in May of this year. It has been less than 5 months since it has been installed and the full turf is covered in weeds. I phoned customer services and was told 'this happens' and they 'can't control mother nature'. There is a maintenance brochure you are given after installation; this reads that you need to spray the turf with weed killer twice a year. This was done at install and now, less than 6 months later, the turf is covered in weeds. I was advised at install that I would have weeds at the edges that I would need to pull out, not that the turf would be completely covered in weeds. The whole point of having artificial turf is so you don't need to maintain and pull-out weeds etc. I was also told the weeds would be growing from seeds falling from surrounding areas, there is nothing in my garden or surrounding it for seeds to fall from. Some of the weeds are coming from underneath the turf and growing through. I was repeatedly fobbed off and told there was nothing they can do as this is just what happens. I know several people, including my immediate neighbour who has artificial grass installed by a different company and there is not one weed growing near it. Absolutely no aftercare whatsoever, they wouldn't come out and look at to without charging me, and you are supposed to have a warranty. A lot of money spent on something that looks an absolute mess!!!!!!!!
