But the process was incredibly lengthy - it took almost 4.5 months. I know that most of the delays were well beyond the solicitors' control or remit, but until Laura took over I didn't feel that there was any sense of urgency. There were other members of the team who were very helpful, professional and pleasant, and all in all it's been a very good experience.

She did everything in her powers to get everything ready for us as soon as possible, chasing the slow solicitors from the seller’s side with fantastic promptness. Although there was a tiny issue post completion with regards to the stamp duty payment their accounts team was responsible for, they resolved it and still ensured an overall excellent experience when working with them.
