I have renting out in Worcester since the late 1980's and the most important aspect is the person who is the interface between the Renter (my customer) and myself (the Seller). Living far away means I have to have trust in thatt person managing the relationship between the Renter and myself. Happy Renters stop with you for years and Tierney Sutton is a great example of a Property Manager who represents my interests, whilst keeping the Renter happy. Thank you Tierney

Over the years Tierney has always been very helpful and goes above and beyond my expectations, is always very professional in her approach to all issues and is very proactive in dealing with any problems.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Madeleine Cornes for her excellent support and professionalism as a letting agent. Whenever I have experienced a problem in my apartment, Madeleine has always been very helpful, responsive, and quick to take action. She communicates promptly and makes sure that any issues are dealt with as efficiently as possible.

Most recently, in March this year, I experienced an electrical problem in my apartment, and Madeleine arranged for an engineer to attend promptly and resolve the issue. I really appreciate how seriously she takes these matters and how reliable she has always been whenever I needed assistance.

I can see Leaders arranged some people with incentives who have no integrity to come and write good stuff about them they are professional scammers avoid them at all cost becareful when dealing with them .

We applied for a property and paid a holding deposit. Throughout the process, we contacted Leaders several times by email and phone to clarify the move-in date. This was essential because we are required to give at least one month’s notice to our current landlord, and we clearly explained that we could not risk paying rent on two properties in the same month.

Despite repeated attempts, we received no clear confirmation about when we could move in. As time passed and we were left with no option but to withdraw from the application to avoid financial loss. Leaders then informed us that the holding deposit would be retained, stating that tenancy application offer has been cancelled subject to contract and references without acknowledging their lack of response or clarification.

This is especially disappointing as we previously enquired about another Leaders property, which was also cancelled after initial confirmation.

Overall, this experience felt unfair and unprofessional and not what we expected from a well-known and established company. Clear communication and transparency were missing throughout the process.

I would advise others to be very cautious and ensure everything is confirmed in writing before paying a holding deposit.

Since I contacted them from day one, our relationship has been great.
They have great customer services.

I have been a client of Leaders in Worcester for many years now and have always had good service. My current account manager Tierney is excellent, efficient, professional, friendly and always comes back to me on queries or issues. Communication is key and I feel my property is in safe hands.
