Certificate in Agriculture
I’m currently completing a certificate in Agriculture through learning cloud and really enjoying it!
Josie made the signing up process and getting everything organised so easy and simple, she helped me tailor my certificate to exactly what I wanted to achieve and my interests.
Everytime I ring the office for help, they are always happy to give advice and listen to my concerns or confusions.
Getting the positive reviews on my assessments from Clinton is very encouraging and can’t wait to have it completed and have my certificate.

i saw a course in animal psychology which immediately grabbed my attention but i was so unsure if it was for me, as i was emailing the career advisor eoghan i found him extremely helpful! he answered each of my questions honestly and in detail and helped me with anything i needed help with, very quick with responding too! i would 100% recommend

I have enrolled in a Medical…Transcriptionist course
I have enrolled in a Medical Transcription course but am having no end of difficulty. I receive emails when I ask for help telling me it's my computer, but I cannot get direct answers. When I asked for a refund because the degree of technical difficulty I'm experiencing shows I'm not coping and this is too advanced for my skill set, they are not interested. They have my money, so no refunds if you change your mind. I will never do another online course because the help just isn't there. UPDATE: I asked for a partial refund and they gave this to me, which I think was fair and reasonable.

Great course
I have just started my medical receptionist journey with Learning Cloud and I am loving it. Right from the start Maddie got in touch with me over the phone asking some questions and checking if the program was appropriate for me. Once I got started it was easy. Everyone is really helpful, Barbara from the faculty has been great answering my questions straight away and Tracey my marker has made lovely comments which have motivated me. My Learning Journey
Thank you so much for all the wonderful comments that you gave me throughout the Equine Behaviour course that I have just completed.
The course is amazing and I feel that every single horse owner/trainer/rider should undertake this course as it throws an entirely different light on the world of our equine friends and buddies.
It has shown me how amazing my horse and although we have only been together for just over a year, our journey has enabled us to develop a fantastic relationship and bond with each other. I now understand so much more about my horse, Rosie, and can now see things that I was unable to see prior to studying Equine Behaviour. I have become a more natural horsewoman and treat Rosie in an entirely different perspective. We are growing and blossoming together and I have now committed to a Diploma in Equine Psychology.
Thank you and Learning Cloud for the most fantastic course which went far too quickly for me.

Very Professional and Responsive Experience
In the market, there were three or four other providers offering the same course. The professional way in which I was dealt as a potential client when making enquiries far surpassed any of the competition. The fact that this professionalism continued while an enrolled student is probably even more impressive (given I had paid upfront). My questions, whether administrative or courseware related, were answered promptly and professionally. Even when the questions were questions I could have (and should have) easily found the answers to myself, there was never any issue on behalf of Learning Cloud to answer the question for me. The turn-around time for marking assessments was very quick and feedback was constructive and sufficient to ensure learning. Learning Cloud were the most expensive of all the providers, but based on my experience, I have no doubt I received excellent value for money. My intent going into the course was to learn and be extended, not just gain a qualification, which this course enabled. I am not convinced, based on the initial correspondence, that I would have received the same level of learning from the other providers.
If I need to do more online learning after this course, I would happily use Learning Cloud and recommend this to other potential learners.

I stopped paying the weekly fee, so now they are demanding another $800 because according to them I did not cancel the course within seven days of starting it. They have been been threatening me with legal procedures and collection agencies! My sincere advice, stay away from these people.

This is probably the most expensive online book I've bought.
Still don't know for what I paid $745. I already read a book about permaculture, also watched some YouTube videos, but the course didn't teach me anything new. Actually I picked more up on Youtube. The whole course was just a lot of reading with no effort to create an interesting learning process. One video at the beginning, with very little to go on. Well ...learning by doing.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Was looking to enroll my son into a computer repair course. The lady who rang was very nice and nearly had me sold until I started to ask important questions via email like who will the tutor be for this course. The person she told me did not have a profile on the website but she did say the tutor has 3 different degrees in "various fields". When i asked what her degrees were in she said "I don't have that information at my fingertips and cannot help you anymore with this matter". Alarm bells! She also told me on the phone during her sell that the student would be able to talk or email the tutor during the course if needed. Then in an email she said "the tutors would be marking the work but if you call in you will also be chatting to members of our support team who are trained to assist students in various areas of study". More alarm bells! This person then became very passive aggressive which was very amusing. I was also looking into another company (ASC) and found the course content was verbatim the same. When I called this company they informed me they on-sell their courses. They also could not tell me what degrees or experience their tutors have. So The Learning Cloud has not even written their own curriculum. Alarm Bells!!!! My son is greatly disappointed and I feel let down but grateful I didn't get sucked into this fake company.

The customer service was great and also the course had some very valuable information. However the way the course was set out made it very monotonous to work through. I would've found it more interesting if there were more images and tutorial videos included.

Being apart of Learning Cloud has been such an amazing and effortless process so far. I began with a small paper to see if I could “handle” studying since it had been 15 odd years since I last studied. I have spoken to the same person from day one Regarding what study I wanted to do. Jenna has been so helpful, patient, and supportive from day one. The studying itself has been so much more simple than I could have ever expected. It is super easy to follow and access and the tutors are so prompt and helpful. I’m just so so glad I found learning cloud. As a 30 year old mum of 2 working full time and running a small business, Learning cloud have made this entire process effortless. I am about to embark on a diploma in Counselling and Psychology and I can not wait.

Avoid them
I wish I had read reviews for this company before signing up with them. I regret the day I ever found them in a google search. I signed up for a certificate in youth and child counselling, the initial contact with them was fine Josie who I initially dealt with at sign up was pleasant and helpful (thats the only good thing I have to say) its all been downhill from there. Due to unforseen circumstances I needed to cancel my course (which by the way I haven't done any course work or assesments for, I'm basically paying for nothing) and this is where my trouble began, because I am well outside the cooling off period (a ridiculously short 7 days (5 working days), during negotiations to get out of my contract I even received one email that stated because I am on a welfare payment I'd be better off (because of the governments temporary upping the amount received by people on welfare), I was honestly offended by that as this person didn't know my circumstances, they only knew me from a few emails. I had a hard time getting out of my contract with this company, but its finally done.

Bad customer service
While the courses seem ok, for not being nationally accredited.
I was told I wasn't able to enrol into my chosen course without working in that field, which is far from the truth. Certificate 3 in animal studies does NOT have a prerequisite, only cert 4 vet nursing does. I would suggest they got their facts right rather than giving fake advice just to close the sale.
I was very unsettled with how I was treated by Josie, the sales rep.
Customer service only seems to be available if you're passing them on your $$$

Learning Cloud Bar Service Course - An Excellent course.
I enrolled recently in a Bar Service course with Learning Cloud after having discussed my options and plans to work in hospitality with Sarah a Learning Cloud career coach.I'm so pleased I did.Sarah was really supportive and encouraging to me as I progressed through my course.I learnt a tonne of invaluable in-depth information about working in a bar environment, things I never knew that I never knew.How to make cocktails, and masses of information about all sorts of beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, teas, coffees, beers, wine and spirits, as well.The course notes were really invaluable and the assessments were really straight forward to understand.They were promptly marked and returned to me usually within two days of submission.I really enjoyed the course and highly recommend it to anyone looking at working in a bar environment or any sector in the hospitality industry.Top marks to Learning Cloud for having this excellent course. Product never received.
This incredibly horrible company has been chasing me up to pay them money for a course I never received. Their administration is so inept that they don't send correct details to their payment provider, Debit Success, which results in you getting overdue e-mails that I mistakenly took for spam. As soon as you miss one payment, they also cut off your access to the course, not suspend it.
How can a company chase you for payment for a product that was never provided? Services like this should be legislatively banned from doing business like this.
