This product has an advertised delivery time on our product page of 21-28 days, so this is due to be with you before 7th February. Super product
Super product. Folds, so it’s a very unobtrusive part of the kitchen. Sturdy and well made. Accessibility for our two year old is really easy, and safe. Have tried others, some are really difficult to get into or out of.

Great product, slow delivery; intermittent response to queries
UPDATED: Overall I'm happy with the product, it's well built, easy to assemble and was well packaged. The delivery lead time was long, taking nearly four weeks to arrive. To some extent this was expected from the information provided at ordering. However, I do think that LTC need to provide more updates whilst the order is being prepared when the lead time is so long. I had no emails after the initial confirmation and, given the expense of the item, was nervous that nothing then seemed to be happening. An email to reassure everything is still in progress would help.
The other reason I have deducted a star is that their replies to queries was, in my experience, patchy. The first query I submitted via their online form went unanswered; they claim it's not in their system, which suggests the form isn't that reliable. They did respond to my second query (which also coincided with my initial, negative, Trustpilot review), and have been very communicative since to update me on progress and check I've received the product okay.

I can see that you placed your order for "The Ultra Slim - Folding Learning Tower" on 05/01/25, which has an advertised lead-time of 21 days, so we would normally achieve delivery by 26/01/25 (as of writing it is 23/01). I can see that we received the first correspondence from you on 22/01 and we responded on 23/01. We sincerely apologise if you had previously attempted to contact us, but we did not receive such correspondence if this was the case.
I can see that we have now updated your tracking information but on this occasion we can see that shipping is likely to slightly exceed the advertised delivery time; again we're very sorry for this; unfortunately this specific model's production has been directly affected by the war in Ukraine. That said, we realise you have spent a lot of money on this product and we completely understand that you will be impatient to receive it. We will work to keep you updated and we hope that the final product will make up for the delayed delivery window.

Easy ordering, sturdy lightweight tower, very happy small child!
Easy to choose which tower would suit our space best; easy to order; and the delivery was estimated as a couple of weeks, but the tower arrived a few days earlier than the original estimated day. Overall very pleased with it.

Very disappointed, bad quality, bad experience
Ordered a learning tower which was delivered damaged. The product itself was chipped and scratched which makes me question whether there is any quality checking.
Upon getting in touch they offered a replacement ( I was not happy to keep the damaged one they sent)
This took several days from my original order date to come as they would reply the following day to any correspondence. I bought this as a first to my LO birthday so as you can imagine I was so unhappy with this experience.
The replacement came fine but I must say for the price the quality is not great. Very easily scratched and quite flimsy.
There are so many alternatives on the market, I really wish I went elsewhere. I know this company would not allow a second return and as a mum you want the least hassle so I’ve just kept this
I do not recommend this to any of my friends or families. Look elsewhere the competitors look much better.

We always endeavour to respond to correspondence within 24 hours unless there is a complexity to your case and we need to reach out for further information internally.
If you are still not satisfied with your product then we will continue to work with you to resolve your issue. Note that we stock multiple learning tower types from multiple producers and so you will always find a product that befits your expectations with us. :)

Poor quality paint finishes …
We ordered a classic learning tower but it had a poor paint finish. The replacement tower had exactly the same faults. We ended up having to change to a different design to get a tower that was finished better. The whole process took three weeks to resolve.

Customer service are great
Updated 22/01/25. Jen at customer service was quick to reach out to me to help rectify the issue. They offered me a replacement tower which I accepted. We’ve had the new one for nearly a week and there are no marks or chips in the paintwork. I would now happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a learning tower.

I ordered a learning tower in black for my son’s Christmas present. While he loves being able to get up to the counter I do have a few issues with the product quality. With less than a few days use it had significant chips in the paint, and scratches. These have been caused by my son dropping toys etc. but I would have thought that the paint would withstand this better given the price of the tower. It’s also quite slippery and my son has slipped a few times on the step. Overall the product is useful but the quality could use some improvements, especially given the price.

I bought a learning tower for my daughter / granddaughter who is 1.They absolutely love it. Jen was also very helpful, as I ordered wrong colour and had to change the address. She made the changing process very easy and good communication throughout. Very happy 😊

Excellent customer service to resolve a problem and a lovely product
When our delivery arrived I was disappointed. The website had been unclear and we had believed we were buying more than we had actually purchased. This disappointment was compounded by the fact that the packaging of our product was damaged and there were scuff marks on a couple of parts of the climbing frame.
However, their customer service to resolve the issue was perfect. They went out of their way to apologise for the confusion and offer a very supportive way to remedy the situation.
The product itself is wonderful and we will be buying more modules on the near future.

Just what we needed.
The item was delivered Quickly and was of good quality. The instructions although pictures was fairly clear and in a good order. Like another reviewer I didn't like the enclosed tools and used my own but this came as no surprise and I had no expectation of using them. To its credit the screws and hinges were very good. The item is exactly as pictured on the web page and my two year old grand daughter loves it as both a table and a kitchen stand.
