I must express my concern regarding the situation with my account. It has been over a year since my account, containing over 8 million naira and 2k pounds, was frozen without a clear explanation. I kindly request a refund of my balance.
I was also disconnected from the application, and to date, no refund has been processed. Despite my attempts to contact customer support, my funds have not been returned!

Since I started using this company for…
Since I started using this company for the past one to two months, I haven’t had any issues until recently. Two weeks ago, I made a payment in naira to the provided account, but the corresponding pounds were never sent. I contacted customer service, but they have only been giving me copy-and-paste responses with no real solution.
I’m extremely frustrated because this payment was meant for my cousin’s school fees, and the school has now deregistered her portal due to the delay. I’m honestly fed up—I don’t understand why a Nigerian company are like this
Very poor service and rude customer relations
Very rude customer service. No direct response to my questions just some vague, generic copy and paste responses. I have asked for reversal of my fund back into my naira account.
I will not recommend them for any serious transaction
Unreliable GBP account
GBP account not working from 13th Nov 2025 till date, made me lose money from companies and they require I change my bank, other than Leatherback. They called it "unreliable institution".
