I ordered gas lamps from Ledalo because they were much cheaper than in other shops. The lamps arrived in just a few days and were really well packed. Everything was in great condition.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Einkauf bei Ledalo. Die Kommunikation war äußerst unkompliziert und freundlich – meine Fragen wurden schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Die Bestellung wurde zügig bearbeitet und der Versand erfolgte schneller als erwartet – innerhalb von nur fünf Tagen.

Fake - Laden
Es wurde schnell geliefert und leider das Falsche. Das richtige Produkt ist gar nicht vorhanden. Eine Rücksendeadresse gibt es nicht - die Website ist seit 8 Wochen leider im Umbau. Das Geld hat die Firma seit Anfang Februar, die falsche Ware liegt bei mir .

Cancelled order after 14 days and massive price increase
After the products I had paid for, of which there were hundreds in stock at the time, had still not been dispatched after 14 days, I made a request. Ledalo.com then cancelled my order without giving any reason.
Shortly after my order, the prices of the products I had ordered were increased massively by 60-120%.
When I called the contact telephone number numerous times, I only got a Vodafone voicemail.
The shop is currently being "redesigned" and ledalo.com says that the products I had previously ordered will be delivered as ordered, which is not true for my order.
There is no imprint on the current website.
I had a very bad experience with ledalo.com and will definitely not order from there again.

Keine Auftragsbestätigung per Mail bekommen. Lieferung mit DPD, der schlechteste Paketdienst ich kenne ! Von der Ankündigung durch DPD bis zur Lieferung 🚚 hat es 6 Tage gedauert. Es wurde auch im Paketshop angeliefert, da angeblich keiner anwesend war.
Nur zur Info : In unserer Firma ist täglich, von 6 bis 20 Uhr jemand da ❗️
