We have been in contact with yourself to explain the situation. The order was signed for, and we investigate this further to see it had been signed by the person who placed the order. We then asked DX (our delivery partner for your order) for further evidence that the order was delivered, and their GPS van tracking shows them at your address.

New kitchen lights
6 years ago I bought some cheap under cupboard lights for the kitchen. They didn't really fit but worked quite well. The other day one finally failed! Time for real ones to be made and installed. I purchased the aluminium holders from amazon ( 6x1mtr lengths) for £18 on Prime but their LED lights were rubbish and I don't think I would trust them. I have used LED direct before and trust their products. I was not disappointed, these lights are brill. Easy to cut, solder and stick in there holders. With 60 leads per mtr all powered by a 40 watt 12 volt transformer plenty of light under 4 kitchen cupboards.

Great products and great customer service
I received 3 downlighters i ordered within 2 days. I installed them and discovered one of them makes buzzing sound. I have asked customer service why and they simply sent me another three which are all working fine.

Bought some speedcomfort radiator fans from LED direct. Pleased with the free next day delivery and the order arrived as described, suitably packaged and quickly. Also competitively priced and cheaper than Amazon. Good company to buy from.

Amazing customer service!!
Promptly called me to let me know that the LED Light strip I ordered was an extension only - they wanted to double check that I was aware it would not work in isolation. I was very grateful of the call and a refund was processed within seconds.

Order processed quickly
Order processed quickly, delivered next day and notified me of delivery time.
I emailed that I had not Recieved a receipt, Led direct sent another one out to me which I Recieved in the next hour.
(THEY HAD SENT A PREVIOUS RECEIPT TO ME, it had gone into a my junk mail. I found it later in the day)
So I Recieved great after sales service. And the bay light was as the description, and works really well, and I Recieved it at the time they said in the notification email.
I am most happy to recommend Led direct to anyone!

Brilliant replacement lights - highly recommended
The lights arrived the next day after I ordered, they were extremely well wrapped and in good condition.
The lights were very easy to install and hang, and we had our new lighting system finished in a couple of hours.
The light is of daylight quality, and casts an even lighting across the barns that stays consistent in bright weather and cloudy days.
I’m 100% happy with my lights, and I’d highly recommend.

Delivered on schedule and well packed. These light fittings, with the expansion ring, are ideal for old downlight holes which are usually bigger than required for more modern lights.
