Excellent customer service
The buying experience of ledgrowstore was excellent. Customer service provided by James is literally second to none. I was amazed by the level of care and attention. Unfortunately, my item was out of stock, James suggested an alternative at the same cost and even sent a goodie bag for the trouble. In fact, James offered to send a goodie bag even if I requested a refund, just for the trouble. The delivery was next day with Dpd too (at the weekend) . Thanks for the help James and thanks for a buying experience that is second to none.

Fantastic experience with LEDgrowstore! Pulled in by good prices and products, but their customer service is among the very best I've had!
A third party product was missing an item - it happens. LED got straight onto it and got the vendor to ship the missing part promptly.
There was a missing item in the delivery too (bought about 12 items). No problem, the ops manager James not only got straight to shipping, but upgraded the product too!
Anyone can ship things, but how they deal with things if there is an error really seperated them. This company really distinguished itself with its customer service. Would recommend!

I’m so sorry that this has happened.
I can see that your order came through late on Bank Holiday Monday evening. I confirm that your order was sent out the following day by Royal Mail 24 so it absolutely should be with you by now.
A shipping update was sent out to your email at 15.51 on the 2nd of May. These can sometimes end up in spam email so please accept my apologies again if you feel that you were kept out of the loop.
I can only assume that it has fallen behind in the Bank Holiday backlog and Royal Mail are struggling. Either way - that’s not on, and I apologise.
We pride ourselves on super fast and trouble-free delivery and we’ve let you down this time.
I’m going to get a little collection of gardening equipment together for you as a personal apology from me. This will be a bunch of kit that all growers would love and I hope it at least goes a little way to make up for the delay in receiving your order.
