Lee's Plumbing and Heating replaced our old boiler. I requested quotes from Worcester boiler website and most companies wanted to visit our property to check the existing boiler to give a quote (which we didn't look forward due to covid-19). Chris on the other hand just asked to send few pictures of the boiler and that was enough for him to know exactly what needs to be done! Very competitive prices. We had a lot of questions originally and Chris took time to explain how things work and make us comfortable that his company was the right choice. On the day, promt arrival, all PPE on hand, and made sure the site is cleaned at the end. Chris even helped us to install a new radiator that we were fiddling with and didn't have right tools to install ourselves. Cannot recommend them enough!

Came on a Sunday to check my boiler - did all they could to get it going but it was pretty obvious it was no longer workable.
I was traveling on business the next week but Chris arranged to fit a new boiler while I was away - fabulous. Came home to a new boiler, no mess and a warm house. Chris made an additional visit to make sure I was happy and to help me set up the App to regulate the thermostat remotely. Again, excellent service.

We have been using Lee's Plumbing and Heating for a few years they recently carried out a new shower installation on the day I went into hospital so that it would be ready for when I came home...even though they were busy.
Chris and Sam are always punctual and arrive when they say they will. We dont mind waiting for the work to be done, good workers are always in demand!

We’ve used LPH for a few years now and wouldn’t use a different plumbing service. Chris and Sam are always punctual, conscientious and approachable.

A few years ago they removed our old system (hot/cold water tanks) and fitted a new combi boiler, returning annually for the service.

Recently we have had our old en suite bathroom taken out and reconfigured. Chris and Sam were always on time, working tirelessly. Chris managed the project for us meaning that we didn’t have to worry about liaising with other tradespeople. We are really pleased that we have our statement shower room!

I was blown away by the transformation of the en-suite; Chris did an amazing job in working with us to source the right products within our budget. He knew exactly what we were trying to achieve.
