Stay away from this awful company, the products are awful, felt liked it burned my head, customer service is a joke, and be careful on the subscription as that’s how they get you in and that’s it, it’s very hard to cancel it and you think you have and again you get charged, never ever use this company.

I ordered a product, they signed me up to a subscription and will only cancel if I reorder again, the product was sub standard but they won't accept refunds if the product has been opened??, I wrote to them and demanded they cancel the subscription but they refused basically trying to trap me in a subscription I didnt want. They have now blocked me because I pointed out to them that there is no way via their website that you can cancel a subscription unless you make a repeat purchase ,please dont get caught up in this scam, ignore all the fake reviews

Dont buy from this website . It's a scam . They are showing products as they are made in USA , but all their products are chinese . I have proof . Same products can be bought from Temu for 10 % of their prices. I was shocked to see the products when they arrived . Everything was written on chinese . Even the sender of products were from China. I have written to Paypal to claim my money back .

Pls dont fall prey to this, its just a black thick grease kind of a product and will cause serious allergic reactions. I am chasing them for a refund but they dont reply at all.

Once you buy their product, they’ll trick you and give you automatic subscription and you’re unable to cancel it. I have been in touch with their customer service team via email and they will do anything to avoid the issue of “cancelling your unwanted subscription”. Please report as this is fraudulent behaviour- their website tells you that you can easily cancel your unwanted subscription but everytime you click on “cancel” it says it cannot be cancelled. The customer service keeps on saying it’s okay because you’re subscription is on hold but won’t help you at all when you mention cancelling it. These are group of fraudulent people who cannot be trusted and should be reported to prevent them having more victims with their scam. Their product isn’t even that good- so don’t bother buying them.

This is a scam. I just tried to order 1 product and it immediately charged my card for a continuous subscription. There’s no way to cancel it, and emails to their contact address bounce back. Reported to payment provider.

Product is trash .. communication with seller is trash just don't waste your money

I ordered from Australia. It said it was on its way then got returned.

I emailed why and it said the issue has been fast tracked with the logistics team. I’ve had to email multiple times with the same response and it’s been over a month now.

I have a feeling this is a scam! Just don’t want anyone else falling for us

The ordering process was very simple. I received my tracking details quickly, and received the parcel on time.

Trustpilot should really delete the fake reviews, or ask them to provide pictures of what they received. Even their videos hide the name of the products, because there is NO Lefron brand. They send cheap knock-off products that are 10 times cheaper on other websites. You can actually track the product coming from China, even when it is supposed to be express delivery. They will pretend that they changed the boxing, the casing etc, but it's all a scam. My bank/VISA reimbursed me the purchase when I filed for being scammed. I can provide all the pictures and information needed to back up my claim.

Beware of these scammers. They send you products from Aliexpress and then manipulate everything to make you believe you're lying. They never give you your money back even if you return the product. Don't be fooled.

I ordered Lefron hair concealer but was surprised when they sent me a different brand called East Moon. I e-mailed them to complain and I was even more surprised that instead of apologising they said that they're having shortages on packaging and East Moon's formula is identical to Lefron anyway. I demanded a refund but was just ignored. What a scam!

Update - I'm retracting my previous post as surprisingly I have now actually received the Product from Lefron, so I've changed my rating.

I cannot understand however, why I received no communication and all emails to their customer services team are returned with an error.

They need to sort out their communication to customers,

It’s a complete scam. Others who are posting that it’s positive are fake. I ordered dark brown and they sent me black from a company called “east moon”. They must think we are dumb because they tell me it’s the exact same and it’s dark brown even though it clearly states black. I tried it and it’s definitely black. Not to mention it washes out immediately and looks like black tar. Oh and the 30 day money back guarantee? Forget it. They keep sending the same answer over and over. I’m a real person who purchased this product and got scammed. Please trust this review and save yourself the money. LEFRON IS A SCAM

If I had a 0 or negative rating I would probably give that. These guys are nothing but scammers. They make you pay in full and never send you any products or even any tracking details. When you mail them, they keep going around in circles and lie on your face. Excuses won't help them for long. Someone needs to take legal action against them!

Be careful! Ordered the magic hair concealer 2.0. For $64. Received a different product that costs less than $8 on Temu. Customer service claims it was the same product but in a different packaging. Still waiting to see what they plan to.

lol, I just read all the reviews and the 5 star reviews are all similar with made up names lol ———— clearly fake reviews- I never bought the product but I was considering it until I saw the reviews

Lefron send you wrong colours and if you inform them that they made a mistake they want to make out a fool of you. The send me "brown" instead of "blonde" and wanted to make me believe that "blonde" would be inside the "brown" labeled bottles. Their customer support is an absolut desaster! The don't accept any complaint just with the aim to NOT refund you the money. Don't order with Lefron!

i m unhappy with this merchant ...they automaticaly activated my subscription which now i can t cancel it which is £68.00 ..
i tried to manage from my account and it does nothing ..customer service is not of any good help ..tried getting hold of them but no replies ...
