Customer service is the worst I've encountered yet at a Casino I had a promo for something they wouldn't honor it at all they just acted they they were slow and the agent just kept disconnecting me back to receptionist like we were done once he or she typed a response. You don't know who the agent is cause they never have a name pop up.. never again... Advise to stay away from that place

Had some good luck off my initial welcome offer and went to redeem for a gift card after my KYC verification completed, however received an email from Prizeout later that day stating the request was declined by Legendz. After contacting the support team (AI chatbot initially, followed by a 15 minute wait for a specialist) they were unable to provide me with any information regarding why my gift card redemption was declined, and instead blamed Prizeout.

EDIT: Roughly 30 minutes after initiating the chat and mentioning I was in the middle of writing this review the rep mentioned to request the gift card again and it was manually processed within 5 minutes, still do not have any information regarding the initial declined transaction but gift card is in my possession. Advise to use caution when using this site.

I love legendz! Brayden is the hero of their customer service department and should definitely deserves a raise for delivering top notch customer service!!! I’ve redeemed multiple times and it’s always been super quick.

What I liked the most is the uninterrupted verification experience, for example I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops. Plus even though I redeemed on a weekend, because yes it does say business days my verification and redemption were processed. I will for sure keep playing and look forward to many more good experiences.

Legendz is one of my go tos. The original games they have are great, especially Vampires Gone Wild. I'm loving the new VIP system and the upgraded daily bonus. When they got rid of the slot machine/bonus wheel daily i didnt like the drop mechanic they replaced it with. But the new system is better.
