Genuine Jordans, Cheaper than other resellers
These are clearly genuine Jordans. Delivery was easy and as fast as I had paid for. Everything was box beautifully as expected.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the price. These are much cheaper than other reseller prices, but I do feel sad that they are so much higher than the drop/original price.
However, I will definitely buy again even, with the extra cost... what can I say they are genuine and cheaper than other resellers.

Communication is shocking
Communication is shocking! The trainers were great, they didn’t fit my daughter so text to see if I could exchange, I had to ask for reference for bank transfer for postage and then didn’t get told what to put in box so they knew they were coming back from me even though I asked just got ignored. This should be standard information that’s given without being promoted. Then I get a refund even though I asked for an exchange with no reason why so again I text still waiting for reply 2days later and I emailed no reply! Not impressed at all… maybe the return/exchange policy and way it’s done needs to be looked at as it’s not great at the moment. whatever the size of the company communication is important with customers.
