You keep sending me emails and letters…
You keep sending me emails and letters telling me that warranty has expired and asking me to make an appointment, I have already done this at your Chandlers Ford branch. Your audiologist made two attempts to set up the new Oticon and I was told that they were not suitable for me, I am not happy that they gave up so readily, I'm going to try Specsavers.

We're also sorry that the recent hearing aid trial didn’t meet your expectations. Our audiologists spent time exploring the latest technology with you, adjusting the settings, and discussing the options available. Ultimately, any new hearing aid can only work effectively when it can be set close to your prescription, and we appreciate that this level of amplification was uncomfortable for you. This made it unlikely that a new device would deliver the benefit you were hoping for, and we wanted to be honest and realistic about that.
Our intention was never to give up, but to ensure that any recommendation was genuinely in your best interest. Sometimes the most responsible advice is to avoid a purchase that may not give the improvement you deserve.
If you would still like support, we would be very happy to help you work gradually toward more comfortable settings with your current hearing aids, or to reassess your needs at a pace that suits you and utilising different technology, as we are not limited to using any specific hearing aid manufacturer.
Professional, Friendly and Welcoming
The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. They explained every procedure and took their time to give me the best service possible and advice.

Very thorough examinations of both hearing and sight. Immediate referral because of a slight optical anomaly. The friendly staff were informative and made sure I understood everything I was told.

A Real Eye Opener!
Refreshing to have the same staff over a long period of time.
The eye test was very thorough as were the other optional tests.
The optician identified a couple of minor problems that might need additional investigation and has sent a referral letter to my GP.
I was not sold anything I didn't need and have been

Always a good experience in what can be quite an expensive outlay. Staff always very friendly and knowledgeable. The appointment was booked via the telephone but only a few days before so the booking team were really accommodating. The branch also called me before the appointment to advise that the lady I thought I was saying had phoned in sick and explained somebody else would see me. I saw Mitch who was excellent.

Thorough and caring
My daughter saw Emma today for a sight test, and she was incredibly thorough, kind, interested - absolutely fabulous. Emma also saw me for my sight test last time, and she noticed an ‘event’ at the back of my eye which she wrote to my GP about and which triggered wider medical intervention. Thank you for being so thorough and caring!

Excellent service
Very thorough eye test, with great attention to detail. The new spectacle lenses were ready within a week, and fitted to my existing frames in a few minutes. Excellent service, backed with the opportunity of a member service plan and interest free credit.
