Friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable staff made the appointment easy and warm. Have been using them for 40 years +. I have also recommended to a friend who now also recommends them.

Great Experience
Very good experience taking my 90 year old father for an eye test, his first one in 10 years. He is in a powered wheelchair and has severe mobility issues. The staff were all very patient, kind and accommodating!

Super professional & very caring
I have always had bad eyesight so a yearly visit to an optician is necessary. Leightons optometrists take their time, talk to you & listen to you. I get great advice and feel secure in their care. I’m always amazed how well prepared they are at my appointment and come away feeling reassured. It’s not all about money & spend & their care plan is great.

Complete waste of time.
Normally speaking I see a young woman, Jessica, who is very professional and competent. At my appointment yesterday, 29th May, I saw a stand-in man who spoke to me as though I was a complete idiot. He understood nothing about my hearing aids, didn’t even bother to look at them, let alone test them, and showed me to the door saying that I had failed to charge them properly. I was in the clinic room for about three minutes. I won’t be attending again if he is to be a regular member of staff.

Brilliant. Stress- free experience. Really inspires confidence …
I have been attending here for many years. All the staff are so professional and friendly. Erin and Lewis are so helpful and Jeena is very professional and knowledgeable..she really takes time to discuss your condition and your options and gives opportunities to ask questions.
I'm so impressed with the state of the art equipment too. I have glaucoma and cataracts and the tests are very thorough but take a lot less time than they used to.
