very nasty people, but only the ones who works in the head office, be aware as soon as you decide to cancel the bullying starts, they have instructed some kids to do the dirty work for them, avoid them by any cost these guys are desperate.
Excellent Customer Service from Sara R this morning. For week's I've tried to cancel my subscription with now joy after endless emails and going around in circles. After writing directly to the company yesterday this morning I had a personal response backed up with an email to say it was all sorted and cancelled. Many Thanks Sara much appreciated.
So, I saw that my local leisure centre was offering a three week trial, which I thought I'd find useful, as I wanted to start using a leisure centre but didn't know if I could fit it into my day.
It turned out that I couldn't (didn't use the place at all) so requested to cancel. The response I got back was a confirmation that my "subscription" had been cancelled and would end in 12 months time. I never agreed to a 12 month subscription, and I was sent absolutely nothing in the way of a confirmation that I'd entered into a 12 month subscription that I wouldn't be able to get out of. My requests to stop this have since been ignored and instead, had extra admin charges added on and various threatening emails.
This is very underhanded and dishonest behaviour. What is the point of three free weeks if you have to pay for 12 months anyway? Absolutely none whatsoever.

Rubbish website. Useless.
Extremely poor user experience of the website. It seems I cannot book an activity online at my local centre through this website. I have to phone up instead!
Someone somewhere is being paid a lot of money to manage this website and it's totally useless. Example, I cannot see when a court (badminton or squash) is free to book. Over the phone I'm told that the local clubs blanket book them from 19:30 until 21:30 on a number of days, depending on competitions etc, so which evening can I book one? When would you like? I don't know - I'd like to see them so I can make a selection... on and on it goes with me and the receptionist each suggesting days and times which goes on for many minutes, he then has to put me on hold 'cos he's got customers queued in front of him and has to deal with them and so on. Total rubbish system.
Having been using this leisure facility for a few months now , I only use the indoor cycling virtual and with an instructor sometimes , the virtual system was working well end of 2019 but I have been there 4 weeks in a row now and every time the virtual screen did not come down , The staff are aware of this and a couple of times refunded my money .
The 3rd time I got a refund and I was given a complimentary class when I went to use this again the screen did not come down 😡😡😡 this time I complained to management and head office and was assured it would be looked into , they would get back to me but they didn’t !! Eventually after leaving feedback on the phone app I have I got a reply from a guy called SIMON JAMES who offered me several free passes if I contact his email which I did and left my address and asked him when the system would be up and running as I was keen to resume use , he didn’t answer ! So today 15th March 2020 I went and used one of the free passes and the receptionist assured me it was working , I got in the studio and I think a guy called Chris Goodwin was attending the machine and told me it wasn’t working 😡😡 by this time I am fuming 😤 he is aware of the situation and me being messed around !!
The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing in this place or the left hand doesn’t care what the right hand is doing which is more to the point otherwise head office would have contacted me !!
