Leisure Power Avis 

Awful company. Refuse to take customer service calls and will only take emails and take 4 working days to respond. When I explained the my issues which was I received no tracking info for delivery of an urgent piece of equipment for a project and after a failed delivery of which I had no idea it was coming it was sent to a local store for collection but without tracking info I couldn’t find the parcel. They had nothing to say. I would never buy anything from this company again. If you are a trade customer avoid !

The products I ordered arrived on the day that was alloted. However there was zero communication on the day of what time frame it may arrive in. Considering the postage cost over £110 to deliver and it was a full palette it would have been nice to know in advance a rough time frame or some sort of tracking information instead of having to allot an entire day waiting for it to arrive. Also when I tried to contact Leisure Power to find out more information their phone lines were permanently closed meaning I had to email which didn't receive a reply till the end of the day. Thankfully the palette arrived early ish so my whole day wasn't wasted but pretty poor communication for a shipping company. The palette arrived on the day that was stated and the driver was nice enough to help me bring it in. But because of the bad communication 3 stars is a generous rating.

Fast and efficient, delivery came when they said they would arrive. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Three attempts have been made now to contact this company to find out where my items are and no responses. I purchased through this website due to its four day turn around and me not being there. The items were delivered the next day I was contacted by DPD and advised someone would meet them to take the items in. They informed me they normally deliver at another location which is not my address. I tried to ring them back with no answer I have since tried to contact this company several times to no avail. Unacceptable.

regarding the EcoFlow power hub unit I purchased. Initially, the unit functioned well for about two weeks, after which the battery failed to charge, and the power hub ceased to work, even when connected to mains power.

Upon encountering these issues, I reached out to EcoFlow, the original equipment manufacturer, for support. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to assist. Consequently, I contacted Leisure Power the supplier who I purchased the unit through, but their phone support has been discontinued, and my attempts to communicate via email have been largely unacknowledged.

In a desperate effort to resolve this, I called the sales line at Leisure Power. Regrettably, the response was far from satisfactory. The representative was extremely rude, and I was abruptly hung up on several times. While there has been some email correspondence from Leisure Power, it has been a month without any effective resolution.

This situation is highly distressing, given the investment made in the EcoFlow unit and the expected level of customer service. I am now seeking immediate intervention to rectify this situation.

Leisure Power are uncontactable on their 0333 numbers or chatbot! I placed an order in good faith. It has been SIX days, still no battery! Not even had any tracking or shipping info!
Called their actal busines Battery Dynamics LTD, they refused to speak about my order!! They have taken my money and not delivered or communicated!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Totally inadequate packaging. Battery lost in transit and courier had to tape up the box.
Second delivery after complaint to company was still inadequate with DPD tape holding the box together.
Battery not the one ordered.
Long process for return of battery.
I will not use this company again.
