Do not buy from this company. Complete scam. Ordered collagen face cream. They sent snake venom eye cream. Wouldn't accept they sent wrong product despite me sending photos. Refused to give me full refund as promised in their ad. Offered me 6$. Said she would take it out of her own pocket(ha ha). I paid $37.79. Total scam
Do not buy. Scam. Ordered JAYSUING Collagen face cream and they charged me DOUBLE exchange rate AS WELL AS an extra amount separately. I cancelled and immediately got email saying it had been sent. Six weeks later I received SNAKE VENOM Eye Cream, not even the face cream I supposedly ordered.

Their 'policy' says I can have my money back (and remember I cancelled and the IMMEDIATELY sent an email say it had just been sent) but of course they ask for photos which they can apparently never open, then after taking $125USD they offer $4 saying I can send it back for refund but that will be expensive and they say had to argue with their Supervisor to get this great offer. They pretend to be in UK or USA but just China.
Now pretending to sell high quality shoes. Complete scam who simply steal your hard earned dollars

Bought their snake venom eye cream with 100% refund guaranteed immediately. Total lie. I reached out and was told the most they could give me was $5 USD. I paid $46.11 USD. Total scamers. Wished i had done a google search before i bought. Paypal arent even supporting my claim total BS
The item doesn't do what it os advertised for. They claim refund will be given if not happy with product but it's a lie. After several back and forward emails where they asked for pictures, etc, I was told they would give me 5USD as compensation since returning the product would be too expensive for me. As I was not happy with it and requested the returning address, the following email was sent."Sorry that you are not satisfied with our products.

I ordered a collagen anti aging face cream and after what took a long time I received two small eye snake venom serums. I emailed them with proof and they sent no that that’s what I ordered. I said whatever would like a refund. They answered to give them to a friend. In other words, no refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
Selling products not fit for purpose. Face creams don't work it's all fake marketing. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They don't refund either
No customer service what soever. They don't reply email or filling out any contact form. It seems to me a scam company. Ordered Jaysuing Collagen boost anti-aging serum. Received Jaysuing snake venom peptide brightness eye cream. They never send any postage paid envelope to return. After a while they send me an automated (I guess) link to send the item back to China. Received the product from the US. No phone number to call. To send the product to China it is going to cost me more than $25. I paid $30.89 for the product including shipping. So, I just lost $30.89 for a product that I don't have any use. The company leisurevivi.com is located in UK (that's what the website says). It seems to me it is a scam and I am very disappointed with this company. Buyer beware of this company.
