Having trialed a few different hall booking systems I have found Lemon Booking to provide by far the most well thought out and flexible system for our rural village hall and playing field. We have a wide variety of uses and users for the hall and It was important to find software that could handle this. I also really love the website template that comes with the booking system. The software isn't perfect, there's still room for improvements but support if excellent and they really listen to any issues and try to improve them. Id defiantly recommend Lemon booking over the other systems.

We use LemonBooking for our village multi-sport courts, and the experience has been excellent.

The support team (particularly Paul) was incredibly responsive during the trial and setup phase, answering questions quickly and making the whole process easy. The switch from our previous system was smooth, with no disruption.

Lemon Booking has transformed how our Community Centre operates. It’s easy for groups to book themselves, admin time has dropped, and the billing and email tools work smoothly. As a charity, we’ve found it to be great value and a real boost to our income from bookings.

We haven't very long started using Lemon Booking but in that time I have found their services excellent. Their suppot team are great and normally get back to you very quickly no matter how simple or how complicated your query might be. I don't have any issues with their service and we will to continue to use them.

Having looked at other village hall websites already using Lemon Booking, we realised we needed to get our bookings on-line and revamp our look.
We had many pre agreed tariffs and terms with existing hirers but the system was flexible enough to load these. There was a fair bit of work inputting all our bookings and tariffs but we were able to do this off line until we were happy to launch.
We have already had bookings off new customers who have said they liked being able to book on line.
Our website is much improved, looking more attractive , user friendly and have the ability to amend/add to it immediately. You get the framework of the website and then you customise to your requirements.
Support has been quick and well handled.

Lemon Booking has been a valuable tool for managing our Village Hall's diverse group of regular and occasional users. Although it doesn’t fulfill every single need (a feat few systems could achieve), it efficiently handles all the critical tasks and most of the additional ones. Our previous system covered basic functions but fell short of meeting our specific requirements. Lemon Booking, however, has enhanced these functionalities and aligned well with what we needed. Our community centre chose Lemon Booking to manage attendance and to take payment for the 8 weekly classes that we offer. We have found the system easy to set up and both our tutors and our customers have found it simple to use. We have employed the cancellation policy feature to ensure that spaces on the most popular classes do not go unused due to late cancellations or no shows. Paul have been very helpful in adding one or two new features that were not part of the original system.

We were tentative about introducing a booking system for our village hall, as we cater for a wide range of ages and not every user is digital savvy. We shouldn't have worried: those users who are comfortable are happy to use the online system, whilst some users continue to phone and ask for the booking to be made on their behalf. The system is flexible enough to accommodate this. The ease of the online booking request has attracted new bookings too. It is important that we are able to check bookings before they are fully confirmed as that mirrors what we would do before introducing LemonBooking.
We also appreciate the very responsive tech support - the team answer every query very promptly and we have never been left in the lurch.
We didn't want to change our existing website, so we linked to LemonBooking through a 'request to book' button, and swapped in the LemonBooking calendar instead of our google one. That all worked very well.

Before we used LemonBookings we used Microsoft Outlook. We looked at a lot of other hall booking systems but LemonBookings was the one that ticked all the boxes for us. From customer being able to book online to running reports.

Communication with Paul and the team has been excellent. Always get replies quickly and the questions answered.

We have been using Lemon Booking to allocate slots to various football teams that utilise the pitches we manage. The system is very good and very helpful staff that gives us peace of mind. This enables us to get on with other pieces of work, knowing that the system works.

I tested all the hall booking systems I could find. Lemon Booking was the only system that was any good, and it is outstanding. So much flexibility and functionality. Fully customisable, great add in's and incredible customer service team. Everything I'd want from a decent piece of software. We feel massively supported by Lemonbooking and its makes our hiring process so easy.

The team at LemonBooking have been really attentive as we made the transition to this new system. Previously we ran Hallmaster for bookings, Wix for the website, Trybooking for events and standalone Xero for accounts. The LemonBooking system has allowed us to automate so much through its integrations and the user experience for both hirers and staff is so much better.
