Great company. I wanted to purchase three investment properties and Lendai was able to find a lender with good rates for the type of loan I was getting. Also, all three properties were already finished, so I needed the loans to close within 30 days, and they were able to get them all done on time. Very efficient, very responsive. The process is quick and easy and is mostly done online, so I could easily understand what details and documents should be provided, track the process, and sign the terms with an online notary.
The terms and fees are clear, and the conditions are among the best I found for foreigners.
I was supper happy with the service I got along the way, with a dedicated account manager that answers questions and helps to facilitate everything.
