A quick turn around
A quick turn around, less then 24hours from the time of applying until I recieved the funds. Also very clear communications, and is nice to speak to aussies on the phone with clear language barriers, made it more reassuring.

Customer Service person didn’t listen…
Customer Service person didn’t listen very well.. I said I was flat out with work for next 48 hours. Then she proceeded to ask me if I could go to bank and get bank records.
