They have absolutely no feeling of…
They have absolutely no feeling of remorse or kindness and offer no help.They are most definitely the dodgiest company ever.
The stairlifts they use have a plethora of immense problems.Their scheme and lack of aid only gives them more and more money to give people difficulty. And to add insult to injury,every month you have to spend thousands on call out charges,as well as material and a rental. This is evidently an incredibly dodgy group of stone-hearted individuals.

Very pleased with my stairlift. The initial visit from Allan Richardson and the fitting by Connor were very courteous and professional. Although I do not use the stairlift all the time at present, it is a comfort to know it is there in case of need.

Rang on the 23rd Apr.
Rang on the 23rd Apr., ordered 24th delivered and fitted on the 27th. Ceri was good and knowledgeable
and help full so we ordered. Fitted by Ryan who was very good at his job (very narrow staircase ) . Unfortunately
a fault appeared on Monday they were out to it in 3hours
,problem solved and back in use and has been okay since.Very happy with attitude of all staff we have spoken to all very pleasant.

10/10 Stairlift install
Remember this name Leodis stairlifts, I used them for a new stairlift for my mams

Right from the first phone call though to the installation everything was right. Polite, friendly, very informative, prepared to listen and then advise if needed , and everything explained, I can’t fault any part the process . I 100% recommend this company.

Last week we had a break down with our stairl
ift we rang to report the break down and within about 3hours we had an engineer to fix the problem, the engineer was from Hull he was a very polite young man

Great value, speedy service.
My mum had a fall and needed a stairlift installing inorder to return home from hospital. Leodis were amazing from start to finish. The initial assessment was done in a few days and the stairlift was a few days after that.
Everyone was amazing, the stairlift is great.
We got 3 quotes and Leodis were the cheapest and the fastest with the install. Can't recommend them enough.

Brilliant service from this company
Brilliant service from this company. Staitlift installed with no disruption, and no mess. All staff friendly. The price was cheaper than other companies that gave me a quote. No more worries about falling down the stairs now.

First class experience with the team at Leodis. Stairlift installed within a week from initial call with the survey done within 24 hours. Felt as though they were genuinely interested in my mother getting a system which would suit her needs rather than just making a sale. My mother and I have already recommended Ceri (surveyor) and Sean (engineer) and will continue to do so.

Great service
I had considered getting a stairlift previously but had thought I could manage a while longer - which I did until a fall on the stairs knocked my confidence. I contacted Leodis who responded by booking in Alan to come and discuss my requirements.Alan was friendly, professional, and left me to make a decision without any pressure. I was happy with the quotation and gave the go-ahead a few days later. The stairlift was fitted by Jonny who, like Alan, was very professional and reassuring .The job was completed in just a couple of hours. I did have to phone Leodis a week later to check a couple of simple queries, which were quickly resolved. It’s reassuring to know that contact is available 24/7.

After having a stairlift fitted for my…
After having a stairlift fitted for my mother over a year ago it proved too complicated for her to use due to mild dementia,I called Leodis and within one wk the lift had been replaced,I had excellent and clear advice ,the fitter was super efficient came on time and was very tidy,the lift is now usable and has retained her independence a little longer.All round good service

We needed a stairlift for my parents urgently following a fall. Phoned the company Friday. They came to measure up Monday. Stairlift fitted Wednesday! Salesman very understanding of my parents needs and gave us a choice of payment options. Fitting was on time and efficient. Cannot fault this company. In fact I mentioned this to OT at hospital and also recommended to a friend.

Great company
We moved from Wales to England in November last year and needed a stairlift for my husband who has Parkinson’s disease.
Allan was super helpful and explained my options clearly and without trying to upsell anything I didn’t need.
Michael came to fit the stair lift a few days later and was efficient and friendly.
We had a couple of quotes and decided on Leodis . We are very pleased with the service and product.
