I absolutely love your plum oil
I absolutely love your plum oil, plum body and plum cleanser. I am days away from 63, a red head with sun damage and large pores. Your products keep my face, neck and chest so clean, fresh and feeling very soft. The lines on my face are so much less noticeable and my skin tone is much more even.

I also paid for 2 day expedited service…
I also paid for 2 day expedited service and it's day 3 and I don't have my product nor are there any updates! When I track the shipping all I get is the label is created.
I've emailed the company because of course they don't have a phone number to call which is a red flag to me, and haven't heard back.
It's obvious they take your money and make no effort to give you the service you paid for. So believe me you don't get what you pay for.

Love Le Prunier products!
I purchased the Le Prunier face oil and sunscreen. I love them both. The face oil has a pleasant, mild, fruity smell. I absolutely love the sunscreen! It has no odor and leaves no white cast on the face. It is the best facial sunscreen!

This review is for the customer service team or probably for the company itself. I paid for 2 days delivery, I got shipping confirmation quickly but the order was delivered in 10! days without any acceptable reason. I contacted the customer service and asked for the 2 days delivery fee refund. The reputable company would do it the same day, because it takes just few seconds to check the invoice and the tracking information. Instead they started investigating! And it takes a weeks already! They don’t rush to keep me updated, I keep remind them about my case every couple days. Why they don’t refund first for the service I didn’t receive from them and then investigate why this happened? Not professional and no respect to the customer.

Le Prunier Oil and Body Cream
I ordered Le Prunier Oil and the Body Cream a few months back. It took weeks to arrive but that was the least of the problems.
I left a review on the organisation’s website as I was not happy with the scent of the oil it really smells awful, like burnt vegetable oil, and asked for comment; they did not acknowledge my review at all which is very disappointing. I’ve tried to use it as it seems an awful waste to discard it but its too disgusting.
I would not recommend either product – the oil smells disgusting and the cream is thick and gloopy, does not smell good either, and does not absorb well. I would expect a lot more given the product pricing and associated hype. I order based on a recommendation by Lisa at The New Knew.
There are cheaper and much better plum based products on the market.
People should not waste their money on this brand.

About the Plum Beauty Oil and Plumbody, they both have the same natural and subtle marzipan scent which generally has a sweet, powdery, and creamy almond aroma. There was no fragrance added.

No Delivery, No Refund
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Le Prunier. I placed and fully paid for my order (#LP-192515) on December 1, 2024, totaling €207.24. Despite waiting over a month, I have not received my products, and the company’s customer service has been incredibly unhelpful.
After multiple follow-ups, vague responses, and broken promises, I requested to cancel my order and get a full refund. To this day, I have neither received my order nor my money back. Instead of resolving the issue, they started ignoring my messages and even deleted my public comment on their Instagram, where I shared my experience.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a premium brand. I trusted this company, but their lack of accountability and transparency has made this one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I do not recommend Le Prunier to anyone. Think twice before ordering from them.

I received a tube of their plum screen
I received a tube of their plum screen, and it was slit on the side, so cream came out of the side when I pushed for it to come out on the top. I reached out to try to have them replace that tube and I have not been able to get a return or a replacement or any response at all to my emails. I ended up disputing the charge. Hopefully they will credit my account what they charge me since I cannot reach them.
